User reviews

App Not Notifying Me

App continuously does not play alert or notify me when a message comes up from triage. This is very inconvenient when I am on call. Which is 4 nights a week every week.

Need new version

4.13 version doesn’t work with iPhone 17

Needs an update

I’m no longer getting sound notifications through the app. This has been an issue for a while now. The instructions to turn on the notifications are for an older iOS version than the current one. I was hoping there would be an update to fix this but nothing so far.

Needs Face ID

I have to use this when I am on call and it is so cumbersome to enter my ID and password every 15 minutes. I have a long commute and I cannot stop and pull over to enter all this information constantly. It’s unsafe. I can use Face ID for my bank, Epic, and every other ultra secure app on my phone. Get Face ID!!

Needs update

Has not been updated for new iOS. Not able to receive notifications at all.
