I find it so useful having this app, mainly because you can purchase your tickets and have the QR Code to hand before you travel, saving time as you go through the express line when you arrive at the Spa. Also there is lots of information about the free programs and what available at the Spa, so informative 💯

Sono stato alle terme di Bucarest molte volte e con il biglietto online fatto con quest’app non mi ha dato problemi e mi hanno fatto entrare,l’ho fatto anche un mese prima e non li da problemi,app dove puoi vedere anche le varie zone delle terme prezzi etc…
Non si avvia
Rimane a pensare ma non si avvia. Con Iphone 13. Disinstallata e reinstallata 3 volte: niente. Rimangono 3 puntini blu a pensare…🤷♂️
App adjusts dates of booking
This app has been a nightmare . I booked a specific date to visit in June and when the confirmation came through it was the wrong dates. When attempting to amend it the date I required wasn’t even displayed. I had to purchase more tickets and make a request for a refund . Still have heard nothing back. Will definitely be leaving a bad review on google if it’s not sorted soon
