Terrible app
Kludgy, inconsistent, finicky, coded by a third grader. Those are the highlights. The PUC worked once. Good idea, lousy execution. Fortunately my Toro mower works great. Sad that it doesn’t reflect well on the manufacturer.
Glitchy before, broken now
Are you ever going to fix the app so I can use my PUC?? If not, give me a refund. For months now, every time I click scan for PUC it crashes the app. I had to delete the PUC because it wouldn’t read it, even tried a new battery.

Open crash repeat. Everytime you mess with this app, you break it.
Impossible to setup!
This is not ready for public use by anyone who didn’t develop the software. Wait until another couple of releases and a few years and then maybe consider Toro. Really bad product!!!
PUC & App
So the PUC never connects through Bluetooth. Tried it on multiple devices does not connect. Also the app crashes all the time I would give it a thumbs down.

Went through set up. Mapping will not download and app is not working to factory rest my mower so I can start fresh and re-try and map my mower.

PUC WON’T SYNC
After changing the battery in the PUC, making sure Bluetooth is enabled for the PUC. Logging in and out of the app several times. Deleting the app and reloading it twice, and having my phone right next to it… The PUC still won’t sync. Good idea. Worked for about a year. Now it just frustrates me.

PUC no longer works
Don’t waste your money buying a PUC, they no longer connect to the app on Bluetooth. Numerous emails to support just get the same canned responses. Actually, the PUC ( part number #99982) is discontinued, and Toro is not too interested in supporting it anymore.
The app still allows you to manually enter runtimes, log maintenance activities, look for parts, and access manuals, but the headliner, the PUC, is dead on arrival.

Too glitchy
I bought this thing thinking it would help me keep track of maintenance intervals. Since day one I would have to sync it several times before it would sync. Now it doesn’t sync at all. I tried changing the battery, removing and re-installing the Puc and also the application. I also tried from another phone and when I try to resync the app closes and doesn’t sync. This thing is more trouble that what it’s worth. I don’t recommend it.
