My UPMC
Overall prettiest good on content, but every time a customer uses My UPMC you must re enter user name and password . Very awkward and time consuming. What an I doing wrong?
Total garbage
The changes that have been made to the app make it useless now. You can’t schedule appointments, can’t message providers. The app takes you to the UPMC patient portal anyway! I’ve tried to even use the patient portal, my login info doesn’t work & no matter how many times I try to fix things, it still doesn’t work. Everything was fine the way things were, the app used to be so good! Now it’s rendered useless. Total garbage.

MyChart is horrible
The switch from MyUpmc to MyChart is ridiculous. The new system is horrible for everything.

It’s so nice to have all my medical data and appointments and history all in one place..I particularly like the messaging with my doctors when I need something clarified..I recommend it to all my fellow UPMC’ers. 🥰
Reckless
New patient portals ? UPMC failed to mention the transition to me , why is that ? Maybe because the messages are not working ! My premium increased this year and the health care decreased … 3-4 months wait time for an appointment , negligent post op care , couldn't fax a letter successfully ~ had to do it myself . I began researching my symptoms & conditions so that I could make suggestions to my doctors because they're not doing it . Unbelievable that an entity like this is so irresponsible ?

What’s the point?
Please update portal app so it matches the website. None of my current info is shown on the portal app. If I have to use the website to view messages, visits, test results, etc. Then what’s the point of having the app?? Also, if you are having trouble logging in on the portal, try your username in all caps. Worked for me.

Can’t log in from test result email
I can login on the app but not from the test result email. It says the login information is incorrect. Infuriating

I’m sure a lot of people love this but I hate that I can’t access my info now online & in order to see my information or make an appointment I have to add another damn app to my phone.

It’s really hard to sign in. I try to sign in and each time I have to call for help and change the password. Very frustrating!!!
ICU Nurses
My sister Denise has been in ICU for close to one month. The amazing nurses and staff show so much care, compassion and kindness to Denise. There are no words to express my appreciation for all they do.
On another note, the nurses always ask our family members if we need anything. They go above and beyond!

Terrible do better
I pay too much for insurance as six. And we get this trash app to try and make appointments. Do better! Upmc suckssssss
Horrible filtering
The objective is to find a provider in your area. This app does NOT filter to a proper location radius. It doesn’t even narrow disciplines of care accurately. Complete garbage.
Can never log in
I can never log on. Keeps making me change my password and afterwards I still can’t log in. No point in having an app if I’m unable to access my information
it works but...
it keeps bugging me for a review so im going with a 3 for now, its a bit over complicated and i have previous test results in 2 seperate areas, both emergency room visits so it should be in the same spot right? also i dont have a use for it other than waiting to see last weeks test results, may be useful in the future finding online doctors tho, we shall see.

The worst my chart app I have ever used. Does not give you summaries of hospital stays. No doctor or nurses notes. Only good to look at lab work and test results. Won’t show you pending results.
