Poor health care
You cannot receive proper health care over a telephone. I don’t know what medical science has come to or what type of loopholes and procedures your facility hold you guys too, but I’ve never been worse condition in my life not to mention you can’t contact anybody or get proper healthcare at all, and it keeps logging you out of facial recognition when you need vital information

Unable to message psych in desperate situation with new update /outage and unable to do telemed
App isn’t allowing me to log in and took away ability for me to contact any doctor except primary who use the old portal. I have a neurological condition and this is causing some major issues for me

Easy to use
The UPMC App has made health care management so fast and easy. Sometimes test results should be explained by doctor first. The results often sound worse than they are.

Apple pay lacks
This app lacks apple pay and would be much appreciated if it would be accepted to pay bills making it faster and more convenient it is 2026 let’s make this happen

We have been trying to get into portal for my husband since new portal started. Will not allow. The old one worked well. Why mess up a good thing. It seems to be pretty common to have problems with new portal .
App can never remember a password.

Doesn't Read Landscape
I love the data of the APP but as for functionality, it doesn't flip to landscape view like most APPs making it hard to read and work with on an iPad. If fixed, the APP would be rated five stars...
