Apple pay lacks
This app lacks apple pay and would be much appreciated if it would be accepted to pay bills making it faster and more convenient it is 2026 let’s make this happen

We have been trying to get into portal for my husband since new portal started. Will not allow. The old one worked well. Why mess up a good thing. It seems to be pretty common to have problems with new portal .
App can never remember a password.

Doesn't Read Landscape
I love the data of the APP but as for functionality, it doesn't flip to landscape view like most APPs making it hard to read and work with on an iPad. If fixed, the APP would be rated five stars...

MYUPMC APP IS IMPROVING
It continues to improve. The little red alert indicators on the menu items seem like they never go away but that’s a minor glitch. e-medicine has come a long way and it is a great tool to keep patients deeply involved with their own care

Overall prettiest good on content, but every time a customer uses My UPMC you must re enter user name and password . Very awkward and time consuming. What an I doing wrong?
Total garbage
The changes that have been made to the app make it useless now. You can’t schedule appointments, can’t message providers. The app takes you to the UPMC patient portal anyway! I’ve tried to even use the patient portal, my login info doesn’t work & no matter how many times I try to fix things, it still doesn’t work. Everything was fine the way things were, the app used to be so good! Now it’s rendered useless. Total garbage.

MyChart is horrible
The switch from MyUpmc to MyChart is ridiculous. The new system is horrible for everything.

It’s so nice to have all my medical data and appointments and history all in one place..I particularly like the messaging with my doctors when I need something clarified..I recommend it to all my fellow UPMC’ers. 🥰
Reckless
New patient portals ? UPMC failed to mention the transition to me , why is that ? Maybe because the messages are not working ! My premium increased this year and the health care decreased … 3-4 months wait time for an appointment , negligent post op care , couldn't fax a letter successfully ~ had to do it myself . I began researching my symptoms & conditions so that I could make suggestions to my doctors because they're not doing it . Unbelievable that an entity like this is so irresponsible ?

What’s the point?
Please update portal app so it matches the website. None of my current info is shown on the portal app. If I have to use the website to view messages, visits, test results, etc. Then what’s the point of having the app?? Also, if you are having trouble logging in on the portal, try your username in all caps. Worked for me.
