Appointment
This place is amazing and super easy to make and appointment with the app. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend!
Broken
I can login through the myVCA website, but this app won’t let me login with the same credentials. *shrug* Useless.
Glitches
This is so disappointing. It started to have glitch, I tried calling IT service, not to be racist but their customer service have language barrier. Can’t communicate in english properly. I can’t log in to the app.
Frustrated
The Dr’ s are satisfactory, had my puppy in care club for a couple of years, but the app and website are so bad, there’s a 50/50 chance that it will work anytime I log in. I would have continued with care club but the whole system is frustrating.
Broken - Can’t log in
Most recent update broke the app. I type my username and password and the log in button doesn’t light up. Then if I try to touch the username or password boxes to retype it won’t pull up the keyboard and I have to close the app and reopen. Unusable as is
App NEVER works
This app never gets updated documents from my VCA hospital or appointments it’s never works and probably never will after 10 years of issues they have not fixed anything/ the VCA here says all their clients complain about this issue . Fix the bugs or delete your company app VCA
Dr Mitchell
She has been so accommodating over the years and very gentle with my dogs. She always explains ahead of time and never pushes you into anything you’re not interested in. Great Doctor.

Knee cap issue
I really love and appreciate the Doctors Dr Platacis and nurse staff or assistant Brooklyn they are very caring and they are easy to understand. Love the VCA care club too
Not Very Useful
Making an appointment is easy on the web site or via phone. Why I need an app for that, I don’t really know
The MOST useful thing an app could do would be to allow access to my guys vaccination record. It’s needed often.

Keeps me organized
The app is great. I love how I can check my babies records with a touch of a button. I actually changed vet clinics due to location, but switch back because of the app.
No real help
Well I did the message thinking the vet tech was going have some ideal on how long to monitor the dog or anything like that. She gave me a number to call for poison control and they wanted me to pay 89 dollars. She gave me a link to place that were covered in my er visit but it should up nothing with in 50 miles radius. I ask for appointment she did provide me with that option. I made appointment now but I have to wait until Tuesday and it Sunday. I’m questioning why I pay for this plan. I thought it was going to provide me peace of mind and it is not today.

Best vet I’ve been to
I moved here from out of state. 2 months later my 10 yo with cancer took a turn for the worst. I had to not only find a local vet that I trusted, but make a very difficult decision. The dr and entire staff was so accommodating and sincere that I can’t imagine having went anywhere else. Fast forward 2 healing months, I made my other baby an appt here to get established in case we needed anything and to discuss getting spay and microchipped. As hard as it was to walk back thru those doors where I said goodbye to Chalky, I knew it was the best place for Maggie. Both Doctors are amazing. They do not rush you. They are very thorough and kind. The entire staff and so welcoming. If ur deciding between different vets. Do urself a favor and choose this place. I promise you will not be disappointed!

The most caring and patient Vet and staff! The best!
Our experience at VCA Tri City Animal Hospital in Tempe has been top notch! Our girl, who’s almost 11 was just diagnosed with Diabetes and a severe UTI. We weren’t sure she was going to make it. That is hard news to hear, but not shocking at her age. However, it’s a lot. 🥹
Dr. Lingareddy and the entire staff, from the vet techs, the entire front office staff to the Dr. who is interning there, (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name but she is another great veterinarian), everyone has gone above and beyond to care for our Kita Rose 🌹 in the kindest way. They listen to our questions, take time to answer them, patiently showed us how to give her insulin, they’ve given abundant education on diet changes, slipped us in to the schedule for a near emergency, I could go on and on. We’ve had a lot of Veterinarians over the years, but this is by far, the best. I’m blown away at the level of kindness and professionalism they have shown us during this difficult time.
They are also very up front about the cost of everything and they help decide on the best care plan for the issue at hand.
When we pull up to the building, Kita is ready and running to the door to get in, even now while she’s sick. We’ve never had that experience before. We usually have to drag her in.
I highly recommend this caring and brilliant staff and the best Veterinarian, Dr. Lingareddy to anyone with pets! They will be lovingly cared for! A+
