Let Us Memorialize Our Family
One star only for the utter lack of compassion. I can't believe how insensitive an otherwise great veterinary app is.
After she passed 2 days ago, my furbaby was scrubbed from the app before I could even log in 3 hours later on the same day. Like, her ashes aren't even ready to be picked up yet as I'm writing this review! A bit harsh, don't you think?
Automatically canceling the pet's services is good, but at least allow us to archive/memorialize the pet's profile or remove them ourselves.

The best
I’ve been bringing my pets here for years!! The doctors are very caring and work with you. If treatment is high.. not slot of vets do this. The staff is friendly and I feel at ease coming here knowing my dogs will be well taken care of
Problem fixed
The developer replied to my review and advised me on who to contact to get my login error fixed. It’s now working as intended. Giving it 5 stars for great support.
Disappointed
Brought my little dog in last week to update her shots . When the vet assistant brought her back she was visibly upset. The only thing that upsets her worse is anyone touching her nails. I was cautioned she would sleep a lot afterward and walk stiffly however 6 hours later she passed away in her sleep. When my kids brought her in the next day to be cremated there was no kind word or concern over just treating her the previous day. When our last dog passed the vet showed a bit of consideration. Guess things have changed in the past few years. If you even are so I lined please do not call . This has been very hard . She was not just a pet but my support dog through my husband passing and my own health problems and to be so thorough to send three reminders to bring her in for her shots but not an extra step since there is no fee to collect is very sad.

Appointment
This place is amazing and super easy to make and appointment with the app. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend!
Broken
I can login through the myVCA website, but this app won’t let me login with the same credentials. *shrug* Useless.
Glitches
This is so disappointing. It started to have glitch, I tried calling IT service, not to be racist but their customer service have language barrier. Can’t communicate in english properly. I can’t log in to the app.

Frustrated
The Dr’ s are satisfactory, had my puppy in care club for a couple of years, but the app and website are so bad, there’s a 50/50 chance that it will work anytime I log in. I would have continued with care club but the whole system is frustrating.
Broken - Can’t log in
Most recent update broke the app. I type my username and password and the log in button doesn’t light up. Then if I try to touch the username or password boxes to retype it won’t pull up the keyboard and I have to close the app and reopen. Unusable as is
App NEVER works
This app never gets updated documents from my VCA hospital or appointments it’s never works and probably never will after 10 years of issues they have not fixed anything/ the VCA here says all their clients complain about this issue . Fix the bugs or delete your company app VCA
Dr Mitchell
She has been so accommodating over the years and very gentle with my dogs. She always explains ahead of time and never pushes you into anything you’re not interested in. Great Doctor.

Knee cap issue
I really love and appreciate the Doctors Dr Platacis and nurse staff or assistant Brooklyn they are very caring and they are easy to understand. Love the VCA care club too
