My vet unfortunately switched to this disaster. My enrollment fee was supposedly waived except i was still charged. Its much more $$ than their previous PawPlans with less to offer. And i cant pay in full, its a monthly SUbsCrIpTion.

I love my vets and I realize I have by their practice is busy for a reason. That being said, it’s not uncommon to be put on hold frequently.
This app lets me make appointments,leave a message track prescriptions and so much more.

No Code
I’ve now spent two days filling out forms, deleting and reinstalling the app, and I never get a code that allows me to even create an account. I confirmed my email address my vet has on file and nothing works. Terrible experience.
Does Not Work
My vet’s office recently switched to this app. I have been unable to create an account. I emailed customer service. I got a response 34 days later and they didn’t even address my issue. This app is worthless.
