Glitchy and Frustrating
The app doesn’t let you fill available appointment slots. Double books your pet. Doesn’t let you change appointments. Makes you message the clinic. Completely defeats the purpose of the “convenience” of taking care of stuff without taking busy clinic staffs time.
Can’t establish account
I’d like to use this app, but when I go through the entire process and finally hit the button to establish the account, I get the non-description message “Something went wrong. Try again later”. WHAT went wrong? Some data I entered? Your server busy? The app is useless if I can’t establish an account.

HORRIBLE
My vet unfortunately switched to this disaster. My enrollment fee was supposedly waived except i was still charged. Its much more $$ than their previous PawPlans with less to offer. And i cant pay in full, its a monthly SUbsCrIpTion.

I have been to a few vets and they are the only ones who really care about my Chevy baby . Thank you
