Some things work, some things don’t.
It’s convenient to be able to order the heart worm medication via the app. When attempting to complete the pet questionnaire, clicking on the yes/no answers works fine, but the app doesn’t allow me to list the specific information requested. I attempted to fill out the feedback information via the app but it doesn’t appear that that worked either. Great concept, but it needs some work.

App Doesn’t Work!
I have tried multiple times to try and book an appointment but it keeps saying “could not start booking. Try again.” I have even deleted and reinstalled the app. I also tried to message the hospital but it says “messaging is currently unavailable”. App is currently useless!
Booking appt
Easy to navigate.
Glitchy and Frustrating
The app doesn’t let you fill available appointment slots. Double books your pet. Doesn’t let you change appointments. Makes you message the clinic. Completely defeats the purpose of the “convenience” of taking care of stuff without taking busy clinic staffs time.
Can’t establish account
I’d like to use this app, but when I go through the entire process and finally hit the button to establish the account, I get the non-description message “Something went wrong. Try again later”. WHAT went wrong? Some data I entered? Your server busy? The app is useless if I can’t establish an account.

HORRIBLE
My vet unfortunately switched to this disaster. My enrollment fee was supposedly waived except i was still charged. Its much more $$ than their previous PawPlans with less to offer. And i cant pay in full, its a monthly SUbsCrIpTion.
Best vet around
I have been to a few vets and they are the only ones who really care about my Chevy baby . Thank you
Makes booking appts. EASY
I love my vets and I realize I have by their practice is busy for a reason. That being said, it’s not uncommon to be put on hold frequently.
This app lets me make appointments, leave a message track prescriptions and so much more.
I highly recommend installing this app. It’s a real time saver and makes giving your pets veterinary care.

No Code
I’ve now spent two days filling out forms, deleting and reinstalling the app, and I never get a code that allows me to even create an account. I confirmed my email address my vet has on file and nothing works. Terrible experience.
Does Not Work
My vet’s office recently switched to this app. I have been unable to create an account. I emailed customer service. I got a response 34 days later and they didn’t even address my issue. This app is worthless.
THE BEST VET
We love Northside because they always treat our fur babies like one of their own and are always very helpful!
Great
Staff is super friendly and helpful. Not once have I had a bad experience here.
Great app
Love this app, easy to use. Don’t have to call them to book and can simply book. A appointment easily on this app whatever time you like in advance!
Perfect
Super great
This is by far the best vet that I will ever use that I trust with our baby !!!!
If I can give them more stars I would
Appointments
We’ll…making the appointment was easy enough. The appointment is over a month out, busy place.
Keep supporting local vets!
I love that this a local practice that isn’t owned by Chewy or some huge VC-backed venture. We have to support our local vets and small practices like TCVH to ensure vets like Dr. Buys can continue to practice the best medicine possible without astronomical pricing. Dr. Buys and her team (including the office manager!!) are incredible and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for my kitties.

Can't login
Used to work, only had one email and password, however now it says invalid. So changed password successfully, and when I try to login with that, same 'invalid credentials' pops up, with NO other options. WTF
Convenient and easy
Love it
Won’t log in
I’d like to give this review more than one star but ever since it transitioned over to PetOne, I’ve lost the ability to log in. I’ve deleted and restarted the app, but nothing works. Tried setting up a new account and it says my email is already in use and to log in, but the log in function doesn’t not work.
