I’ve now spent two days filling out forms, deleting and reinstalling the app, and I never get a code that allows me to even create an account. I confirmed my email address my vet has on file and nothing works. Terrible experience.
Does Not Work
My vet’s office recently switched to this app. I have been unable to create an account. I emailed customer service. I got a response 34 days later and they didn’t even address my issue. This app is worthless.

Keep supporting local vets!
I love that this a local practice that isn’t owned by Chewy or some huge VC-backed venture. We have to support our local vets and small practices like TCVH to ensure vets like Dr. Buys can continue to practice the best medicine possible without astronomical pricing. Dr. Buys and her team (including the office manager!!) are incredible and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for my kitties.

Can't login
Used to work, only had one email and password, however now it says invalid. So changed password successfully, and when I try to login with that, same 'invalid credentials' pops up, with NO other options. WTF

I’d like to give this review more than one star but ever since it transitioned over to PetOne, I’ve lost the ability to log in. I’ve deleted and restarted the app, but nothing works. Tried setting up a new account and it says my email is already in use and to log in, but the log in function doesn’t not work.

Navigation ability difficulty. Screen stability needs improvement or enhancements.
Won’t Work
Used to have Happy Healthy Pets, but the upgrade changed it to Pet One Vet. I couldn’t remember my password. Had to change my password, but it didn’t find my email address. So I tried to create a new account and said that email address has already been used. Don’t have time to waste on this.
Best Care
Dr. Moss and her staff care deeply for all of their patients. Even if I have to come in last minute, I’m never rushed. They always take time with me to be sure that my questions and concerns can be taken care of. I highly recommend
What is the point of this app?
Literally, what is the actual in real life point of this app? Not the fantasy promises of what it will or might do, but what it ACTUALLY does. So far: can’t schedule appointments, sooo it’s not for appointment making convenience. Can’t see my animals history…soooo it’s not for keeping a record i one place, can’t buy medications, soooooo it’s not for wase or streamlining there…
Which brings me back to: what is the real life actual point if this app, other than a data collecting for god knows what purpose boondoggle?

App Doesn’t Work Anymore
I used to love this app. It made it so easy to set an appointment at my local vet. For the last 6 months I haven’t been able to set an appointment through the app. I’m not sure what’s going on.

Great communicator tool
Creature Comfort already provides stellar personable service. What I like about this tool is it is similar to text messaging outside of just making a regular appointment. You can actually send a question a picture or just convey your words through an app and it immediately goes through. Sometimes you may not need an appointment but just need a professional team member to just give you some advice to calm your nerves. This has saved me so much money. Sometimes I am just overly concerned, but they actually will talk to you through this app or they will just give you a phone call and give you some advice. They are not trying to break you over the coals for money.
