Constant logging in
No option to setup a pin or biometrics, constantly having to login which is a 3 step process
Needs Improvement
The WorkView app is much more user-friendly. With the MyVerint app, you can’t continuously scroll down to view your months at a glance; instead, you have to swipe across. Additionally, TimeFlex is continuously having issues within the app, making it less user-friendly again.
Doesn’t work
I already hate my job. This app not working makes me hate it more. I’m sorry to anyone that has to has use this app.
