Disappointing
App worked once or twice, Now constantly says invalid username / or password. Cannot get it to correct.
Ok whenever I can get it to work
Firstly I love the concept and the convenience of the app but at least once per week I try to go on to pay and it’s giving a “merchant ID error” and won’t allow me to pay online using the app. I then have to call in or rush to the nearest location just to submit my payments. Please fix this!!

Communication error. Please try again later. Happens every time. Very unintuitive menus. Very clunky.
App does not take long passwords
I can get to my account, but the app stops the password at about 8 characters and stops…. Might want to make it 16 y’all…..
Great App!
Great app! Very easy to use and navigate. Only improvements I would like to see is a way to schedule your monthly bill payment without autopay and a way for a person to report trouble they find or see. Many a time I see security / street lights burning during the day or loose connections arching at night while traveling in the Walton EMC area. It’s frustrating trying to report these problems on the phone recorded system.

Daily kWh usage is useless
If you really are trying to keep an eye on your usage you should look at your daily usage well the very first line is 100kwh. If you are using that many kWh per day you have enough money to afford that and it doesn’t fase you at all.
Power outage doesn’t work and it will just randomly crash. I know people may not be on site do to COVID 19 but many off them are working remotely why can’t they fix the app.

Updating an expired card will not work
My card on file has expired. Trying to update with the new expiration date and the app only lets you change the year and not the month.

This app is just so laggy and it can get you really frustrated.I would not recommend this app to anyone.But it is easy to write and you can find most of the things you need.So it’s not that bad.
App Needs Updating
The app is not longer compatible with the newer versions of the iOS updates for iPhones so every time I go to pay my bill it crashes. I try to do it from just the website from my phone, but still redirects me and crashes.

Need to add power outage information
This app only give account information and could be improved to allow customers to report power outages. Also, add a map to show where power outages are occurring.

All I wanted to do was pay my bill. I was forced to download this stupid app, which doesn't even work. I still wasn't able to pay my bill. I'd give less than one star if I could
