They should really change the title and the logo of this app

It’s really easy to accumulate medical apps on your iPhone and then quickly forget which company or Doctor it’s associated with, and iPhone doesn’t let you change the name of the app on the iPhone or add a note to say which doctor its associated with. It would be really helpful if you changed the logo of your app to dupixent.

Annoying but necessary.

I take an injection every 15 days but app always sets a one week interval. Forcing me to fix it every time. It frequently forces me to manually sign in because it fails to complete a Face ID and keychain process.

NOTIFICATIONS ARENT WORKING!!!

Ever since I got my iPhone 16 Pro Max updated to iOS 26, notifications do not show my way as a compatible app. When I go to apps on my phone settings, my way only list and such as being a searchable app, but as far as notifications go, it doesn’t give me the opportunity to turn them on or off. Whenever I uninstall the app and reinstall the app, it does ask me a prompt to allow notifications, but even if I choose allow notifications are not an option within the settings on my phone. What the hell is going on? I have missed my dose so many times because of this that now I’m dosing on Fridays instead of Mondays this is ridiculous!!!!!

UPDATE: I don’t know what I did. I think I deleted the app completely and reinstalled it and once prompted, I allowed notifications. But that’s the only way you can get the notifications back on. If you mess up or something and don’t allow notifications during initial setup, you won’t be able to turn them back on. Thanks for responding dev’s! And thanks for this medication!

Journal entry missing

Suddenly I am not allowed to add journal entries. And the app keeps reminding me I have not added a journal entry. How could I add one if I am not allowed to???
