Worst banking app ever, they don’t communicate which makes it harder for teens with less resources to get paid. Withheld 2 of my checks for days because they failed to communicate

So annoyed that my job uses this, both the website and app suck. I’ve been unable to withdrawal my paychecks to my normal bank account twice and the chat agents try to be helpful but it’s frustrating. I’m not using the dumb Wisely debit card, just give me my money!

Literally equipped pretty well with needed tools and support BUT the part of it being a prepaid is what hurts it because I can’t use it for all of my payments
