I reported it they cancelled my card my account,
I call for a new card they ask me my information id social security
I send it to them,
And now they told me to no have access anymore with myWisely account because department security told them I’m not eligible for new card and new account 💀

Had it for years and hasn’t let me down
With their constant updates and refinements made to the app and cards themselves, I’m glad I’ve kept my wisely account and renewed my cards when they expire. Compared to when I first got this card/app, it’s night and day and for the better.

can’t get into app
no matter what i do, delete, reinstall, try to update the app it just tells me error when i try to open the app. i’ve tried for about 2 weeks and nothing.
