Horrid Calculator style number entry
Please get rid of the horrible calculator style pop up for entering numbers on payments no return to using the keyboard. It is clumsy and takes multiple taps to exit. At the least make it optional or give it an ‘enter’ key to signal you are done no to return to the main screen.

Instant regret from using spaces feature cannot transfer my money from spaces, keeps showing “Something went wrong” error, now my money is stuck. And no response from chat support.

Extremely poor customer service and traumatic experience of in person service. Broken truth with false promises. Dammed customer was told nab can’t help. Help yourself.

Being able to deposit a cheque through the app is a great function.

The App is very good but one piece of feedback I would give for improvement is that Apple Pay Mac tokens show up as “Device” instead of the Mac’s name. This can make it confusing in “Manage your digital wallets. By contrast iOS devices, like iPhone, use the device name for the token.

Extremely Disappointing – Excludes Users on Older iOS Versions
I’m genuinely frustrated with this bank’s app. The latest update completely drops support for older iOS systems, which feels like a careless and unfair decision. Not everyone upgrades their phone every year, and many people rely on older devices that still work perfectly well. Cutting off access to essential banking services because of an operating system version is a terrible customer experience.
A bank should prioritize accessibility and reliability, not force customers into buying new hardware just to check their balance or transfer money. This move creates an unnecessary barrier for loyal users and shows a lack of consideration for people who simply want their banking app to work.
If the bank wants to modernize, fine — but do it in a way that doesn’t leave existing customers behind. Right now, it feels like they’re pushing people out instead of supporting them.
