Dumb idea
You just added way more steps to the laundry process and required tenants to have a smartphone and be able to use a mediocre app to wash their clothes. This is no big deal for me because I’m young, but I work with people over the age of 50 every day. That population is going to struggle to be able to use these machines with this app, if they even have smart phones. Worst part is, this app was probably designed with the hope that when I move out of this apartment I forget about the $20 I have in the app and yall get free money.

The worst app I’ve ever used
This is by far the worst app I’ve ever used. The adds are so spammy, the UI is terrible, the timer function almost never works. It is so bad I hate it so much. I’ve literally never used a worse product in my life.

“Laundry finished” notifications are constantly mistimed
It’s better than using quarters, but a great deal of the time, the app tells you your load is finished when there are still 5 or 9 or more minutes actually left. It’s especially bad if you use any cycle other than normal, but it happens on Normal too.

I constantly hit on ads as I try to do my laundry. We were told this would show us what machines would be available in our building, nope it doesn’t. It would be nice to not have to constantly run up and down stairs to see what is available. The app is supposed to also show you how much time is left on a load, sometimes it does. When getting close to done it sends you an alert which I appreciate but apparently most people in my building don’t get it and still leave laundry in the machines

Why ads??
For some reason, the app runs Ads after every use. It’s worse than Youtube ads and that’s saying something. Personally, I don’t think utilities apps should have ads

Better than an old system of going to apt office up the street and reloading a card with a chip that you had to buy and you could only use cash 4 dollar bills. To reload you you put cash in dollars tens fives. If you lost the card you had to buy another. So this system I can just reload on the app digitally and no extra fees. Through the app I get notified also when my laundry is done which is so perfect since I live on the top floor and laundry room is in the basement. I like this system way more for sure.
