Where’s the update?
This app is convenient but definitely needs an update cause it’ll notify when the washer or dryer is done when in reality it’s 5 mins early.

UI Glitch
There's a glitch that can occur where the app acts like you've paid for your laundry, but the machine doesn't get the right signal and doesn't get queued to start. But the official amount is different on the backend. It wouldn't matter except that this causes an issue with the way you've coded the UI to use the incorrect value for determining whether to show an error message that blocks you from scanning the machine's QR code again. This then puts the user in a situation where they have to add $10 more just to be able to access their funds and start the machine again.

Your constantly logged out and the password reset doesnt work. they sell ADS on your laundry app that they make you get. i lost $25 dollars and no one is getting back to me about my account

Dumb idea
You just added way more steps to the laundry process and required tenants to have a smartphone and be able to use a mediocre app to wash their clothes. This is no big deal for me because I’m young, but I work with people over the age of 50 every day. That population is going to struggle to be able to use these machines with this app, if they even have smart phones. Worst part is, this app was probably designed with the hope that when I move out of this apartment I forget about the $20 I have in the app and yall get free money.

The worst app I’ve ever used
This is by far the worst app I’ve ever used. The adds are so spammy, the UI is terrible, the timer function almost never works. It is so bad I hate it so much. I’ve literally never used a worse product in my life.
