App does not work
I have had to remove download and delete the app multiple times, and it never works. Every time I open the app I get the message that the app is “at capacity due to high volume” there is no other shopping app that does this.

How the hell is an app to shop gonna say “due to high volumes of traffic Nasty Gal is at capacity” love their products but why have an app if you’re not able to use it?
APP ISSUES
I’ve ordered from Nasty gal many times and always a happy customer. I haven’t shopped in over a year because their app seems to be broken which makes me sad. Tried to re download after a year and still seems to have the same issues. Never had problems before. It says traffic is busy try later, so can’t even use the app! Just writing this review in hopes this makes an effort to fix their app!

App doesn’t work, Please Fix it
Every time I open the app it says there’s too much traffic. Doesn’t matter time of day, or the day and it’s been like this for a month. Please fix it.
App no longer works
Love Nasty Gal and have been a customer for years, but lately the app has been broken. Any time of day I try to open it, I get a screen that says the site has too much traffic and they are at capacity. Every time this happens I am still able to go to the site through a web browser. Would just be nice to be able to use the app as it’s much better on mobile.

It never loads. It just always sends me to a message that says there’s a high volume of traffic so the app doesn’t work. It hasn’t worked the past few times I’ve tried opening it over several months.

Been over a month and keeps saying too come back later due to high volume. I cant use the app i have to go online..
Out of date app!
For some reason Nasty gal decided the old app would say the site is at capacity rather than saying it is outdated and bring you to the new one to download. The only reason I found this out was from another reviewer not Nasty gal! Go to their website and at the bottom the new one is available to download.

Doesn’t work
I’ve been a long time app lover but the app seems to have some kind of loading issue. I haven’t been able to access the app for the last few weeks. It just opens to a “Please Hold” landing page. Please fix this!

Poor app, bad service.
Unfortunately, the app almost never works, it always says that something is wrong with it. Also I have had two orders that were never shipped or delivered. Please be mindful.

I kept having issues with trying to get on this app. I went to the official Nasty Gal website and at the bottom I saw the ability to download from the App Store. The link bought me to a new app with a white logo instead of the black in the App Store. Maybe they are phasing this one out finally.
Always at capacity

I love this app and love using the app, but for the past few months when I try to open it it says “PLEASE HOLD. Due to high volumes of traffic, Nasty Gal is currently at capacity.
Please check back later.” I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, have restarted my phone, checked for updates etc. What do you mean it’s at capacity, that’s bonkers.

Won’t open
I downloaded this app weeks ago and I have never been able to browse. I always get the message that the app is too busy and to try back later. I’ve never received that message with any other app.
App saying at full capacity
For weeks now I haven’t been able to use this app. It’s been saying it’s at max capacity and to come back later. Not sure why it’s been like this for so long, I even re downloaded!
App no longer works.
No matter the time of day, or how much I reinstall it says the app is at max capacity. Others have reported this same issue. I’ll update my rating once this bug is fixed.
Terrible app
It has been days, it keeps saying due to high volume check back later. There is obviously a problem and all the reporting links you have provided are unreachable. Get your life together and fix it. I won’t be buying anything until it is fixed and will post on Reddit.

Every single time I go to the app no matter what day or what time of day, it won't let me on. It just says that due to a large amount of traffic I have to wait. I've tried restarting the app and deleting it and redownloading it and it's always the same. Such a bummer for real
