Dislike new system
Totally dislike new lotto system. To only get £10 prize money for 3 numbers is totally unfair. I do three lines so if I get 3 numbers on 1 of these lines I only gain £1. Not worth doing now

New update ruins app…
Unrecognisable after this new update. Feels harder to use, absolutely baffling why ruin an addictive app. Now I never use it.

I get a notification saying results are in but when open the app it just hangs.

Since the update has been applied the app is dreadful - constantly saying ‘something has gone wrong’ and you have to keep refreshing to get it to work!! Bring back the old app!!!
New version is poor
The update has made the app unusable. So difficult to see what draws one has purchased- please go back to the best features of the old version
Upgrade trouble
Since upgrading the lottery app accessing my account etc has been a nightmare and I still have no access so very frustrating to say the least x I’ll keep trying
