Desktop/web bug still unfixed during Papago's 10th anniversary
There is still a serious bug on the Papago desktop/web version after the recent redesign.
When I open Papago for the first time in a private/incognito window, the language selectors do not appear and the text input box does not work. I have to manually refresh the page once before Papago becomes usable.
This happens consistently in private windows across different browsers. Every time I open a new private window, the same problem happens again.
There is also another regression: the language pair is no longer reflected in the URL, so I can no longer bookmark a specific language pair and open it directly in a private window as I could before the redesign.
I already reported this to Papago on August 9, 2026, but the desktop/web bug is still reproducible as of August 15.
This review is specifically about the desktop/web version, not the iOS app itself. I am posting it here for visibility because the issue is still unresolved during Papago's 10th anniversary period.
Please fix the desktop web version.

月上限太少
用来翻译韩文漫画的，很快就把免费额度给用完了。
总体分析还算可以，但是有很多地方不通顺，需要再交给AI翻译
这种情况大概平均15句会出现一次，专业的话不建议用。
不过用来翻译漫画还算可以，我是拍照翻译，一张照片的那个要等五到7秒，像素比较低

用不了
挺好用的翻译也比较准确，但是为什么现在用不了了，明明昨天都还能翻译，但是今天想翻译的时候怎么也翻译不出来重下了好几次网络也检查了没有问题希望尽快改进一下
Slow translation, Often freezes
I’ve used this app for a few years and it’s been my go to when needing to translate Korean. However, after the most recent update the translation is really slow, and freezes when I’m halfway through typing. What used to be a really efficient and reliable app when needing quick translations is now a frustration and a lot less reliable!

Can I use the app normally?
I uninstalled the app because they keep asking me to turn on my Location (which I dont want to???). I can’t even use the app properly without getting they pop up ad/notification asking me to do it because of their new feature (that I don’t care). If someone says no one time, how about leaving them alone…..
