Doesn’t connect
Does not connect with my Mivue 860DC. Have tried resetting my device and connecting multiple times. Using the latest version of your app and also on iPhone 14 latest IOS.
Won’t connect
I have 2 sets of cameras one is the Alta and the other is mivue pro 4K and neither will connect with the app. I have tried all the troubleshooting but nothing has worked. Please fix connectivity issue with iOS. The idea of the app is easy access but having to hook the cameras up to a computer to update them or get video off them defeats the purpose and not everyone has a computer these days.

My new navman 4K pro isn’t picking up school times or locations & is also picking up cameras in wrong locations ie; my deadend street.

Disappointing
Difficult and cumbersome to use. I purchased a Navman Mivue rider DC helmet camera because I thought I would have good quality hardware and app! Hardware seems to work well so far. The app is cumbersome lags and often hangs. Live view hangs most of the time especially switching between front and rear camera views! Easier to download recordings to view. But even this the app hangs or is very slow to respond. Updated the firmware but it keeps asking to update even after a number of attempts that said it was successful. Also, cannot see the battery charge level in the app, something so basic and necessary on a device with no screen!! Come on Navman, surely you can do better than this….. I hope, if not this will be the last one I buy!!

Can’t connect to wifi
Haven’t been able to connect MiVue to wifi iPhone 16 pro max , have tried forget the device from your phone, removed the APP and then reinstalled it. Still doesn’t work!!
