Unprofessional
You have sold Horse Fair car park without informing your customers. I have a seasonal parking ticket that is still valid for another two months, and now I can’t even get my car out of the car park. This is extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable. This is nothing but monkey business.

It works but it seems a massive oversight that it doesn’t include CarPlay functionality.

Debt collection letter
I paid the days I used the car park and received a debt collection letter for £170 for 3 different occasions. At no point had I been advised previously about nonpayment Luckily I had the evidence I had paid these days. I will us the train to go to work rather than use the car park now
Awful awful experience
I’m in a rush, all I want to do is pay for parking, yet I have to spend 15 years making an account and waiting for verification codes, awful experience
Not intuitive or user-friendly
Why can a vehicle registration not be changed in the app? why do you have to phone up.
Poor app, poor payment options
Slow unintuitive app. Does not support Apple Pay /Google Pay / PayPal which provide a measure of user security against data breaches

Don’t ask me to review your app. before I ‘ve had the chance to use it!
Unsafe conditions and rude staff
Understaffed so it’s always a possibility your car will be broken into if you park at an NCP car park. Then when asking for help with the criminal investigation, you’re met with the rudest advisors who just want to argue through the online support.
Rubbish
Don’t bother. Every time I got an update on my phone the app stops working. Doesn’t allow me to log in, and will not send me a link to update my password.

Easy & safe to park your car with the app,quite cheap as well,for being in the city centre.

not allowing to pay, local car park has removed barriers to pay after but the app isn’t allowing pay after - complete rubbish and clearly a scam to give out fines. Scum company

Double payment difficulties!
I opened a parking session at Spinningfields! And paid for three hours . I have a receipt. When i came back to the car park the machine said I had not paid and cost me another £10. Anyone else have problems like this?
