Parking Charges Continue After Leaving Car Park
Every time I’ve used one of these ‘smart’ car parks, the cameras recognise the number plate on entry but not on exit and there is no way to end the parking session in the app. Instead, you have to fill out a lengthy form with details the app already knows.

Makes you sign up to an app you don’t actually want and then doesn’t let you sign in even though it’s verified your email. The prices at the car park are ridiculous and I live in Edinburgh! Terrible app, terrible service, terrible prices, disgraceful company.

The app used to give discounts for people who uses the NCP app but now, it charges same price when you do it on the machine with paper receipt.

This is an awful app. Continually crashes and ended up with a fine after the app crashed despite paying for parking. Avoid if possible.
