Unsafe conditions and rude staff
Understaffed so it’s always a possibility your car will be broken into if you park at an NCP car park. Then when asking for help with the criminal investigation, you’re met with the rudest advisors who just want to argue through the online support.
Rubbish
Don’t bother. Every time I got an update on my phone the app stops working. Doesn’t allow me to log in, and will not send me a link to update my password.
Easy parking
Easy & safe to park your car with the app,quite cheap as well,for being in the city centre.

After setting the app up with my details for a second time auto pay says it’s not available.

not allowing to pay, local car park has removed barriers to pay after but the app isn’t allowing pay after - complete rubbish and clearly a scam to give out fines. Scum company

Double payment difficulties!
I opened a parking session at Spinningfields! And paid for three hours . I have a receipt. When i came back to the car park the machine said I had not paid and cost me another £10. Anyone else have problems like this?
Worst app by worst company
This app is literally the worst app I have ever had the displeasure of being forced to use.
It’s never taken me less than 10 minutes to sort out my parking. Which is often longer than the time that I needed to park my car for.
I am convinced that NCP deliberately make it impossibly difficult to pay for parking so that people either give up, forget, or are unable to pay for parking. It must be part of their business model in order to generate lots of fines.
I saw some very disgruntled people swearing at an NCP machine in the car park today, which shows that this disgusting company employ this tactic no matter how you attempt to pay.
I just read that NCP entered voluntary administration in March 2026. Couldn’t happen to a nicer company.

Rubbish
This app is a waste or time. Every time I have attempted to use to pay I have been forced to use the web site. This app is time consuming as it requires full card details and address every time. No option of Apple Pay or PayPal. I use Ringo regularly and this is an easy app to use. Think I need to look for an alternative car park when visiting Bromley in future

Not good
Tried to pay for parking at Newark train station as NCP required payment in advance. Wouldn’t accept the saved password so went through the process of setting a new password. It took over 30 minutes to get a verification code. By this time I moved the car to a different car park and my wife set up another account and paid for 1 hour just in case as there isn’t any grace period. No wonder NCP went bust.

The app is essentially useless for anything, the people on the chat help don’t want to actually help and give little to no help at all. Wouldn’t recommend the app

I have to set up a new password every time i want to park because it forgets. And now it won’t even load. Rubbish app

Poor, no way to fix a mistake, just charge and charge again. Will not let me stop a session.
Can’t prebook on app
What’s the point of the app when you can’t prebook and have to create a new account to do this - pathetic!
Appalling service via this app
Dreadful- no customer service, designed to make customer contact difficult. Going round in circles. Chatbot is ludicrously inefficient.
