Makes you sign up to an app you don’t actually want and then doesn’t let you sign in even though it’s verified your email. The prices at the car park are ridiculous and I live in Edinburgh! Terrible app, terrible service, terrible prices, disgraceful company.

The app used to give discounts for people who uses the NCP app but now, it charges same price when you do it on the machine with paper receipt.

This is an awful app. Continually crashes and ended up with a fine after the app crashed despite paying for parking. Avoid if possible.

Change prices every 5 minutes. I am currently paying double what the train costs. I used to pay half of what the train costs. For no reason and without warning prices are suddenly ridiculous.
No wonder they went bust
A simple pre booking took so long I gave up. Using the app to then have to reregister on to the pre booking web site. Unbelievable.

On our recent trip to Newcastle we used a nap carpark situated across from the hotel which was not only convenient be very easy to use and very reasonable at £18 per day.
