The monitor is accurate and has key features. It updates at a reasonable frequency.
On the main screen it shows the gallons, but the graph only shows percentage. You have to figure out gallons. Want to see the amount of gallons delivered? Graph carefully, mouse over, multiply… harder than necessary.
More annoying it only shows the last 30 days, not at all useful if you are trying to look at what you used across a season or plan/estimate for a heating season ahead. The competitive apps all have longer history, so if that is important to you do not go with this one.
API for exporting? No.
Integration with home automation? No.
Web version? No.
Export data? No.

UI issues on smaller screens
The UI doesn’t the support smaller viewports of iPhone SE and iPhone 13+. Text goes below the fold and features that should be there are inaccessible. Makes it impossible to link my tanks to my supplier using a supplied code.
Won’t work
Says I need to scan QR code at my monitor but I don’t have a QR code. I have an activation code but I don’t have the option to enter that - only to scan QR code. Very frustrating
Less options
Though reliability is better. The option for 7 day or 30 day is pointless and it doesn’t remember your setup. I preferred the 3 month graph. Please bring it back as an option
%-to-Volume Level
Great addition with the latest Update. Also a future great addition would be allowing users to create a % set point for example, my propane supplier fills ONLY to 80% which is a legal standard for my region. Identifying both Actual and Safety Standard amounts would be great to see at a glance! Ty.

Stopped working
App has stopped working. I only get the initial arrow screen. I reloaded the app, same issue. It does not even give me a settings menu so I can redo a login.

Useful but additional feature needed
This app is used to track the propane level in a tank used at a home.
Recently the gauge became unresponsive for several days, resulting in an immediate drop from 48% to 11%.
I’d like to suggest the app have additional notifications for a ‘stuck’ gauge based on recent temperature and historical usage. A suggestion to check the tank would have been helpful.

App not working
Every time I open the app to sign in, it tells me invalid email or password. No, I just created a new one and I’ve checked it twice.
You guys ever going to update this?
Literally have to delete and redownload if I want my data to update. Made all the more fun by the app never remembering my password…

Older iPhones cannot use Nee-Vo
If you have an iOS older than 16.4, the App Store prompts you to download the last compatible version which is 4.0.3 - the version that crashes on launch! This makes Nee-Vo suddenly become a useless product for me. Please restore version 3.7 as the last compatible version, so older iOS users can continue to use the App.

No Useful Data Provided
Note to developers, please add more useful data points to the graph in the app. Just having the month and percentage doesn’t provide any useful data for the user to understand what percentage of propane was used on any given day. It would also be helpful to have the data provided in a spreadsheet format by month/day/% under another tab when looking at the graph.
Without usable data, this app simply serves as a convenient way to check the remaining amount of propane without having to go outside to look at the tank gauge.
This app could be much more user informative with a few tweaks.

USELESS APP
What is the point of having this app when it doesn’t work? I’ve enabled notifications to alert me when the level of propane has reached a certain point . Has it done its job ? NO!

Needs improvement
This is a handy app for knowing how much propane you have and whether more or less has been used recently. However the graph loses its (very rough) dates when zoomed in, making detailed view impossible - there’s a bug whereby the same three months appear on the x-axis regardless of scale. And why not show the actual date with each reading, instead of making the user guess? Making the data exportable from the app would help.

Worked for ~ 6month after installed
It’s stopped updating , been showing 65% for 2 months. Actual oil level is less than an 25%.
