It is updated every 10 minutes with detailed outage information, including: • Number of customers affected • Estimated restoration time • Cause of the outage (if known) • Repair crew status The Outage Maps use colour-coded symbols to display the number of customers without service and their locations. Important: The Nee-Vo app requires the installation of the Otodata telemetry unit to function. Upon reception of your activation code, you’ll be all set to monitor your tank levels!
