Useless
App is basically a redirect to their website. Like stepping back in time.
Why do we have to log in? I just want to see power outages
Exactly as the title says. Why do we have to log in? I just want to see power outages without having to go onto an internet browser when I don’t have internet due to power outages
App works well
The app is fine. Most reviews criticize the data which can sometimes be off or lacking (eg cause of outage) but that’s a different issue. Resolutions times are dodgy but that’s reality: they can only make estimates.

Very slow on IPad
I like the app, especially the hourly usage and alerts. But logging in is so slow on my iPad that I have to try several times because I get errors.
Hydro One, invest in technology
Unusable. Essentially the mobile website but in an app. Hydro One should seriously invest in a proper app that focuses on usage and billing.
Poor app
App seems to try using a web page and gets broken on every step in a way. Most recently - “view bill” function stopped working. In other instances In-app messages “ unsupported browser” pop up - should not be the case with a real app professionally developed. Unlike a real app, it does not support face recognition forcing to type a password every time. There is a need to invest in this app. Currently its pretty much useless(((

Browser unsupported???
I have no idea why I now get a notice that my browser is no longer supported, when I am using the app. Now I can no longer view my invoice or any past invoices. An update to rectify this rubbish would be nice.
Not even an app
This app is a total joke. You can barely call it an app, it’s just a frontend for their website. And apparently, since a few months ago, the “browser” this app is using is no longer supported by THEIR OWN WEBSITE. Come on folks!
Shady
Shady.
Incorrect Naming
I realize this isn’t impactful to the province of Ontario, but the Gulf of Mexico is named incorrectly.
Very Useful App
Does everything it needs to do in the event of a power outage. Using the map, you can quickly determine the extent of the outage and timelines for restoration. The info refreshes in a timely manner.
You can also report an outage and you can set up text notifications to keep you informed.

Terrible app.
Can’t even login with my info. Never seems to work properly! They need a revamp of the app!
Very annoying
Useless app. It basically gets you to the browser
Useless waste of time
Single most useless app I have encountered. FRUSTRATING!
Runs you in circles. Prompts you to register AGAIN!
Doesn’t recognize my email or password.
Bumps you out when you try to reregister saying that you already have an account under this account. WHAT?
SERIOUSLY HYDRO ONE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

Glitchy and non-user friendly
Every time I login, I experience some sort of glitch. Like right now, I can’t view my energy usage with out the app trying to log me out. Its sub-browser functionality is archaic, and the navigation around the app is diabolically bad. For a multi-billion dollar corporation, the execs should feel ashamed of releasing an app this poorly designed. What a disaster. Please hire a legit company to completely redesign this joke of an app. PLEASE

Flawed app
I’m unable to login to my account via the app. Brings me to a blank page….
Not worth downloading.
It is better to just use the one on the internet browser instead of app. I cannot even login into the app.
So much room for improvement
This app just replicates the website, so there’s no point in having the app. This app could be so helpful if they added outage notifications and a widget to show if the power is on, mid or off peak quickly and easily.
Behind the times
Why are you the last to use face recognition for logging in?
