Great app and fast browsing

I bought couple of shoes on the Neemans app and I must tell that they are really comfortable and actually stylish. The knit glider is something I will wear more often just cos they are so comfy. Great work guys

Worst quality and refund policy

Worst quality and refund policy .
After receiving immediately I placed request of replace , after trying as it’s wasn’t comfortable, after 2 weeks it was been replaced but still quality and comfort was not there, even sole was not stick properly , after receiving when I tried to replace or refund I wasn’t able to do that.

First Impression Negative Impression

Getting a product delivered is a big headache. When you place order it shows 2-3 days for delivery but after placing order it becomes 10-15 days TAT with zero support from there team and Curior partners.

So poor

Had placed for a return the same day arrived. Has been one month and 2 weeks. They havent collected it from me despite several reminders and assurance to have it exchanged. Whoever is proceeding to buy please be carefull with the return policy. The company isnt adhering to the promised rules.

Bug in website and app

I faced many times website freezing while accessing the website. Now, I am using iOS App and got white blank screen after providing credit card details. Please work on website and app and remove bugs.

Worst place to shop

I order one flip flop so I didn’t like it much so I immediately done procedure of exchange, product exchange process was is submitted successfully still it’s in process, No services at all. Think before buying or exchange it.
