Won’t let me sign in

App will not let me sign in. I used the EXACT credentials online and it logged in first try. This is not user error. This app does not pull credentials and does not work correctly. Please fix the app or just remove it at this point

No payment

Use to pay my student loans through the Nelnet app, they have sense made that unavailable. So basically just stay away from this app.

Broken API

Tried to login with my nelnet account (email is my college email) and it says “email is not a valid format”. Completely pointless and broken app. Fix your API and LISTEN to all the other reviews.

Just don’t waste your time. Not convenient for your student loans. Ugh! I went to a private scam college UEI! Is the only reason why I am here. Private colleges. Biggest scammers.

Nelnet used to have a student loan app is not more so we need that app back

NELNET App = no payments

This app is completely useless as I as well as many others… are here for student loans or federal loans. It’s almost 2026 and this platform has no other method of payment other than the website. How about stop making millions and make this experience at least the slightest bit enjoyable. Lord help us all and protect us honest people, against these debts of higher powered people.

Not for students loans!

Literally kind of ridiculous they don’t have an app to pay and manage the student. Never mind that the website is outdated as well.

Nelnet Does NOT Have An App For Federal Student Loans

It is 2025 and this loan server (Nelnet) still does not have an app to manage and to look at their federal student loans. Do not get this app as it doesn’t help you with any federal student loans. Nelnet would rather make it more difficult for you to manage your student loans than to get an app to help people with their payments and loan management. This is just slimy business all around.

Who would not have an app in 2025 who has time to go on the internet please make the old app active so we can pay our student loans.

I want to pay my student loan through an app, not go through a website each time I want to pay. I know Blender had an app where I made a couple of payments for my student loan. Is not fair
