Can’t even access my student loans
This app is awful
Won’t let me sign in
App will not let me sign in. I used the EXACT credentials online and it logged in first try. This is not user error. This app does not pull credentials and does not work correctly. Please fix the app or just remove it at this point
No payment
Use to pay my student loans through the Nelnet app, they have sense made that unavailable. So basically just stay away from this app.

Broken API
Tried to login with my nelnet account (email is my college email) and it says “email is not a valid format”. Completely pointless and broken app. Fix your API and LISTEN to all the other reviews.

Just don’t waste your time. Not convenient for your student loans. Ugh! I went to a private scam college UEI! Is the only reason why I am here. Private colleges. Biggest scammers.
