Very bad performance

Dear concern,
I have been used since last 2 months and i ihave noticed that this app not function properly like suddenly hanged and also slow when click any options , etc.

Kindly make it simpler and faster.

WORST MISTAKE, NEVER TAKE THIS DEVICE

The worst device we have used so far, QR and the soundbox not linked, this literally a joke. Soundbox makes announcement after 30 seconds, can’t ask every customers to wait. Machine keeps on giving different kinds of errors.
Worst decision ever made because of the trust with Axis Brand. Lesson learnt

Major mistake

App doesn’t open at all every time for checking transaction I have uninstall and reinstall it . After same condition does not open

App crashing all the time

I don’t even want to give 1 start. I cannot login whenever I reach your staff they always sayings its works for everyone in my city except me. Every time I need to uninstall and reinstall the app for login that for 1 time login that that it won’t login. Such a trash app.

Transactions update issue

Not showing all the transactions. The transaction amount is not correctly deposited to account.

I’m facing issue everyday evening around 6:30pm to 10pm transaction amount is not shown in app and the transaction amount during above specified time is not deposited to account
