Cs chat function is buggy it actually enrages me

I continue to lose connection while shopping
Impossible to get help!
After several attempts at emailing all their published email addresses and getting “this inbox is too full” automatic replies and multiple ties to engage in their alleged 24/7 chat that keeps shutting off the conversation, I don’t know what to do to get help about a faulty item!

App performance has deteriorated with regular crashing, inability to pay for items and frankly fear of a data/security breach. The emails from personal shopper in addition to sale previews are relentless but once you try to search for the sale items the system crashes. Despite payment links and app issues the company does not communicate regarding potential problems which in itself is a data, privacy and security concern. It is against the law to not notify your customers of any breaches!
