Seems like search isn’t working well and checkout keeps glitching
I’m not seeing all items from a designer shown - seems like filtering might be broken. Ex: I looked for all items by the designer Ayr and not everything popped up - I just happened to see a pair of their striped shorts in another search in the app. And I keep getting errors at checkout and having to restart the app.

I neverrrr update and ofc the one time I choose to you all remove something so important. I’m scrolling trying to add to my list and can’t find the little button and to my surprise and dismay it’s gone and there’s a line alllll the way down the product page to add to wishlist. NO! That’s annoying. WHO wants to scroll down the whole product page for that ughhh. Please fix and leave good things alone. lol thanks

The worst experience
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this app and service.
I placed an order using a promotional discount that was actively advertised. The order went through, payment was authorized, and I believed everything was fine. Later, without any prior warning or clear explanation, my order was cancelled and my account was completely disabled.
No specific reason was provided. No opportunity to fix anything. Just a generic message saying they “decided not to proceed.”
This happened during the holiday season, and the purchase was meant to be a gift for myself. Instead, I was left with a cancelled order, a disabled account, and no time to make proper alternative arrangements — which effectively ruined my holiday plans.
What’s the point of promoting discounts and encouraging users to place orders if the company can simply cancel them afterward and block accounts without explanation?
Lack of transparency, poor customer experience, and zero accountability. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before relying on this app, especially for time-sensitive or holiday purchases.
