Seems like search isn’t working well and checkout keeps glitching
I’m not seeing all items from a designer shown - seems like filtering might be broken. Ex: I looked for all items by the designer Ayr and not everything popped up - I just happened to see a pair of their striped shorts in another search in the app. And I keep getting errors at checkout and having to restart the app.

I neverrrr update and ofc the one time I choose to you all remove something so important. I’m scrolling trying to add to my list and can’t find the little button and to my surprise and dismay it’s gone and there’s a line alllll the way down the product page to add to wishlist. NO! That’s annoying. WHO wants to scroll down the whole product page for that ughhh. Please fix and leave good things alone. lol thanks

The worst experience
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this app and service.
I placed an order using a promotional discount that was actively advertised. The order went through, payment was authorized, and I believed everything was fine. Later, without any prior warning or clear explanation, my order was cancelled and my account was completely disabled.
No specific reason was provided. No opportunity to fix anything. Just a generic message saying they “decided not to proceed.”
This happened during the holiday season, and the purchase was meant to be a gift for myself. Instead, I was left with a cancelled order, a disabled account, and no time to make proper alternative arrangements — which effectively ruined my holiday plans.
What’s the point of promoting discounts and encouraging users to place orders if the company can simply cancel them afterward and block accounts without explanation?
Lack of transparency, poor customer experience, and zero accountability. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before relying on this app, especially for time-sensitive or holiday purchases.

Horrific UI
How is it the year of our Lord 2025 and an Amazon-backed company can’t figure out how to make an app both compatible in portrait and landscape mode?

Decent app but needs to better serve male customers
In general, I haven’t had any issues with the app; however, it needs to do better to serve its male customers. The main interfaces are all geared towards women’s items and many of my recommendations are for women’s clothing as well. It’s very unwelcoming.

They kept canceling my order for no reaseon at all and then they disabled my account for “suspicious behavior “ ??? What the hell did i do? I just want to buy a bag and then I decided to use my mother’s account and they canceled the order again and disabled her account for the same reason and when i sent an email to them complaining about this unfair behavior they just replied with same answer that i had “suspicious behavior “ ?? Like what did i do??

Such a shady app
App allows you to add a promo code and makes it look like an item is eligible for discount. The most price of the item will be reduced, but will actually not apply it once you sign in.
Logged in 10 times
I’m trying to see my hearts on the app, and it keeps asking me to log in. I’ve logged in 10 times now, even got emails saying someone is logging in, but every time I try to look at my account it’s asking me to log in again

関税支払い預かりサービスを利用して何度か購入しましたが、実際の関税との差額をポリシー通りに自動的に返金せず、日本円にして50,000円ほも盗まれたままです。shopbopカスタマーセンターへの問い合わせは何十回も無視され、親会社のAmazon.comにもクレームを入れましたが対応されず、今だに解決されていません。信用ならないオンラインショップで、おすすめしません。
Please fix scrolling
Scrolling is so choppy or something that I get motion sickness. I am going to have to uninstall the app and shop in the web browser. Please figure this out! It hurts my brain.

Same as the real reviews here. No joke. I’d rather buy at Amazon (and the items are there, too!) where I can shop along with my other items hassle free. Please pretty please fix your customer service. This isn’t customer obsession at best. Thank you 🙏🏼
Not a legit online shop
This company cancels orders and blocks accounts left right and centre. Read all reviews online -google jt. It happened to me and hundreds of others. Some items they might legitimately sell whilst a lot of others are just props of fake sales to lure people in to spend.

Hate this app
Horrible!!!!! Says they have a size and they really don’t when you try to buy it it says they don’t have it, also it’s impossible to pay, it keeps going on a loophole and doesn’t let you finish. I had well over $600 in my cart and at the time of paying it wouldn’t let me, I tried like a thousand times, I will not waste my time in this app.
