Useless for Older IPhones
My wife has a iPhone X running the most recent iOS for that phone. Have never been able to get it to work. Have deleted the App several times and started over. It just gives an error message right after you press login.

Terrible tool - little information - had to log on to the main site for key information.
Terrible app - clunky- lacks useful data.
For an organisation this size I expected a bit more sophistication and that they would invest in a more usable tool - so outdated and not useable!

Bar graph
I find the app quite useful. However, following the most recent upgrade the bar graph for the accounts on the homepage shows the change in account value over interval specified to be on top of each other rather than side-by-side which I think was the previous method of display and one that I much prefer.

App failure
Downloaded, just kept looping when trying to issue new password, then locked me out. Not a great first experience
Terrible mobile experience
The app still lacks any real functionality. It only really allows you to view your investments, but even then it is clunky and takes several clicks to really get at the information you need.
With the recent updates to the website it is now no longer possible to buy/sell from a mobile device as the page does not render properly. So these deficiencies in the app are all the more critical and the reason I am writing another review years after I wrote the first one.
If I could, I would move to a different platform to manage my investments. Unfortunately my financial advisor uses this platform and hasn’t given me an alternative.

Account balance graph
The account balance graph only displays the month we are in no history, very frustrating. Would be great to have that fixed.

Zero transactional functionality. Basically view only.
And even with that said, the view only experience is also terrible. Fonts too small, too much unused space.

Not worth the trouble
Apart from portfolio balance, there’s nothing else to see in here. Use the website instead because you’ll be disappointed if you are expecting a mobile experience like BT Panorama.
Can’t log in
The app won’t accept my correct login details. I get a message that the username or password is incorrect. I paste them from my records and also tried entering them directly.

App keeps crashing or going to blank screen not impressed
Still can’t trade from the app!
You don’t need to establish a trading platform. Just the basic form submission from the app allowing users to buy/sell stocks, same as your website. How hard is it ?! Plus, why can’t we set up price when buy/sell international stock?!
Limited functionality
App has surprisingly little functionality - allows you to see your balance and not much else. Way behind the curve.

Less than useless
Net wealth are unable to register new users, and I quote it is “not a matter of priority” actual words used in a support email to call people back. Been almost 2 months since registration and the website / support are unable to fix the somewhat fundamental registration of a new user.
The 1800 number just as useless as the website. I have never been able to speak to an actual human on the 1800 number.

Bad app - won’t talk to the website

Doesn’t work
It was fine for a while but then stopped working all together, I can’t log in any more for no good reason
Can’t login on iPhone
Login for the app is very glitchy. Used to take me two or three goes to get in - now I can’t login anymore. It just goes make to the Home Screen after I enter my details and press login.

It used to work. But haven’t been able to login for months now. Please fix it.
