Terrible app
Just downloaded the app and it wont let me register. Keeps saying agree yo terms of service but when you have read the terms of service there is no I Agree button to confirm. So it will not let me go any further. Avoid like the plague or you will just get very angry very quickly.
Love it, but needs updates
I bought the Fitt cube and am able to access the workouts using the app. However, no matter how many times I install and uninstall the app on my Apple Watch, the app will not open and I am not able to sync my workouts to the iPhone app.
Disappointing
The app has no workouts and is seemingly offline, the app support has disappeared. A disappointing app don’t bother.

Won’t sync to Apple Watch
I’ve attempted two times to sync my Apple Watch to my phone and it won’t work. I’ve done the resets and followed what the Internet says. I’m deleting.

The app on the Apple Watch will not open; it immediately crashes on launch. Watch OS 11.5. I’ve restarted the watch, removed/reinstalled the app: no luck.
Volume not working.
Why does the volume not work on videos?! I have an iPhone 16 pro max. It’s not like my phone is outdated or anything.

Whilst the videos in the app to use with the Fitt gym are good I can’t get the app to pair with my Apple Watch which means I cannot record my workouts/progress. Tried contacting their support team and heard nothing back. Very poor customer service. I paid for the 12 month premium £19.99 but I am not getting the benefit so have cancelled it. Trying to get a refund back but that’s proving difficult. Don’t waste your money with this App.

Sound issue
Disappointed to see that they still haven’t fixed the sound issue after many years. I just downloaded the app on my iPhone and the videos wouldn’t play with sound on. Had to scroll past pages of reviews to find a response saying you need to turn off the silence switch in order for sound to play. Why hasn’t this been fixed? No other workout apps have this issue with sound that I’ve tried

Not connecting to Apple Watch
Won’t connect to Apple Watch , have downloaded the app gone to connect it but when you click on the app on watch it doesn’t open also treadmill isn’t connecting to Bluetooth

Good overall but few things I would like to see, firstly, have Apple Watch, don’t know if issue is on watch or app but will not connect to each other, second wish I could screen share the vid to another device than my phone as unable to fully see what the exercises are, thirdly, a clip or something to hold the pull elastics for while cube isn’t in use would be good, overall happy with the purchase though
