Buggy

There’s no way to accept a variable changed in a dashboard (there’s only the cancel button) with the IOS app. This is key to monitor a dashboard

Login system is broken

The app constantly logs you out which breaks alerting, notifications and is extremely frustrating.
To make it worse, you then have to nominate a prior login to “end”. Which login was your phone? Good luck no device details provided.

Hostile design

Dated, poor app

For the price our company pays monthly for new relic, this app is a total joke. You are unable to see basically anything meaningful like you can on the desktop app. Our team will be rolling a custom solution for this.

Difficult UI, less functionality than web

To keep it short, I really struggle with the app where I don’t struggle with the web app. Querying is broken, log viewing is nonsensical, deep linking or URL shortening coming from New Relic’s own URL’s does work (really annoying when a teammate links something on Teams or Slack and you can’t see what they do)… this app is just an unfortunate mess all around. Good for minor checking of basics but beyond that you need to check on web.

Worst app than before

The app was good initially but with recent releases it is getting worse. I am not able switch if I have multiple accounts.

Alerts and incidents show wrong status all depending on a race between closed and active times

Login is terrible you have to tap a link to get in

Now you can’t even login to web on the browser if you have the app as the app now steals the login but doesn’t even use it so you end up having the remove the app because when the graphs aren’t usable (previous review from years ago still stands) you want to try hit the web

No access to saved log views

Not having access to the saved log views on the mobile app makes it way too difficult to quickly search the logs when an issue comes up. If I try to go online on my phone to new relic, it redirects back to the app which is super annoying since now I have to delete the app, go online, look at the logs using my saved views and determine whether an issue needs critical attention. Please allow for accessing saved log views, trying to add filters on the mobile app every time I need to view specific logs is too slow.

App doesnt work properly

Hi,

For the last few months, i noticed app is not working properly. Whenever i click on any APM service, it goes to acknowledgement screen and doesn’t allow me to click on any other button. Please check.

App No Longer Working (May 2024)

App crashes on startup since last week (May 2024), an uninstall and reinstall doesn’t fix.

Feedback for New Relic on device limits too: A 3 device limit is a total joke in 2024, why? If I wanted to account share then I already could with three devices, does allowing a fourth or fifth really break your commercial model?!

I have 5 devices - a phone, an ipad, a work pc, 2 work laptops (Mac & PC).

NR should do lots more validation on mobile app.

Hi icuhowie, Dashboards was originally implemented to only filter the current dashboard for filters, or if a chart was setup with a target dashboard for filters, that would open to the target dashboard with that filter applied. Recently on the web for dashboard pages, filters now apply across pages, however we haven't implemented that yet on the mobile app. Thanks for letting us know you would like this feature request!

Login with sso (okta)

Sry, I can’t see an option to login through Okta in the my Iphone 12 mini, where can I find it? I’ll change the rate if your answer help me, thanks in advance

App freezes as soon you open it now

Maybe due to recent release, I don’t remember it being like this a week or two ago. App is unusable now unfortunately..

SSO is broken

I can no longer login use SSO, the app has become useless

No OpenTelemetry support

Unfortunately there seems to be no support for data sent through OpenTelemetry :-(

Still doesn’t work when using Ping SSO

Please fix this! Absolutely ridiculous a company that prides itself in log monitoring issues is this incompetent in fixing this issue. Been like this over 6 months now!

No SSO login options?

We use SAML/OATH and SCIM for New Relic. Works great in a browser, but no SSO sign-in option for the mobile app. Please address.
