Sluggish & Slow
App has not always been like this but it’s gotten very slow and almost unable to be used
Extremely Slow
My iPhone 15 gets hot to the touch trying to navigate in this app. This app is unusable after their recent obsession with custom experiences for system and server building. Huge regression. Do less.

I like newegg but the app sux. I try it occasionally and end up deleting it. It went into an AI mode so nope deleted.

This app loads on my phone super slow whether I’m connected to WiFi or data the website on my phone loads faster than the app for some reason
Unbelievably bad UX
The app is atrocious, impossibly slow and unresponsive, which is made worse by the fact that it didn’t used to be. There was an update not too long ago that, to my knowlege, changed nothing except the performance, which has been utterly tanked.
As a marketplace, Newegg is great. The app is trash.

Amazing app
There’s one thing I’d like if yall could optimize it better I’ve been having issues where it’s stocked loading or it doesn’t load at all and it’s not my internet cuz I could use any other app or anything bunch smoother it’s also not my phone I have an almost recent iPhone so it’s not the problem it’s also over heating my phone a bit. Anyways other than that I am in love with the app super cool and amazing

This app is an optimization nightmare. Was it tested before rolling out? It eats up more resources than AAA game titles.

Most of the time the sales are good but the half of the time the price is raised by 33% and then put on sale for 33% to trick customers.
Worst delivery service ever
Said will be delivered in 3 days did not get delivered until more then 2 weeks with 3 failed delivery attempts last delivery attempt they just threw it where it can be stolen lol 😂🤦♂️ AMAZON would never 🤣if I can give zero I would ☠️

Slow and laggy
The app is slow and laggy, very hard to log out or to verify that you are logged out.

great app, but a few issues needs fixing.
so i am noticing stuttering issues and the search function not working properly.
when ever i try to search, it just shows blank white screen and it will not search anything, it would just… not work. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling and even tried turning off and on my phone and it still occurs.
the app was doing great until… well, that happened.
other apps on my phone are working great besides this app. i don’t know what or how i cause this to happen in the first place… i was just looking for something and this just happened.
the issue is so bad that it basically makes the app unusable right now, hopefully the next update can fix this issue.
P.S. this issue happened last night (July 29th). i am writing this the next day (July 30th).

I’ve ordered quite a few parts from Newegg. Including my MSI 5090 which I bought for I think 2400 after tax. Everything has arrived in a timely manner. Efficient and customer support is very responsive.
Super Laggy and Crashes
Maybe it’s just my phone, but the app sucks. Every time I use it, I have to open and close it multiple times before it actually works like any other app on my phone. I also love a good deal, so I try to get the Shellshocker or 25-Year Celebration deals. It takes so long for the app to load that I always miss out on them. I don’t have this issue with any other app. It’s truly disappointing, because I like Newegg. I just hate the app.

This app freezes constantly when trying to navigate through menus or build it options. I hope online on a pc is better!
