great app, but a few issues needs fixing.
so i am noticing stuttering issues and the search function not working properly.
when ever i try to search, it just shows blank white screen and it will not search anything, it would just… not work. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling and even tried turning off and on my phone and it still occurs.
the app was doing great until… well, that happened.
other apps on my phone are working great besides this app. i don’t know what or how i cause this to happen in the first place… i was just looking for something and this just happened.
the issue is so bad that it basically makes the app unusable right now, hopefully the next update can fix this issue.
P.S. this issue happened last night (July 29th). i am writing this the next day (July 30th).

Great Store
I’ve ordered quite a few parts from Newegg. Including my MSI 5090 which I bought for I think 2400 after tax. Everything has arrived in a timely manner. Efficient and customer support is very responsive.
Super Laggy and Crashes
Maybe it’s just my phone, but the app sucks. Every time I use it, I have to open and close it multiple times before it actually works like any other app on my phone. I also love a good deal, so I try to get the Shellshocker or 25-Year Celebration deals. It takes so long for the app to load that I always miss out on them. I don’t have this issue with any other app. It’s truly disappointing, because I like Newegg. I just hate the app.

Bugs
This app freezes constantly when trying to navigate through menus or build it options. I hope online on a pc is better!
Surprise 3rd party vendor prices
It’s truly unfortunate, to go somewhere you once trusted and not get the same type of service. I used their PC builder, presumed it would give me their market pricing and it ended up screwing me, hard. If I had just manually selected everything I bought, I’d have saved hundreds by not getting surprise upcharges on everything. As my PC just died I can’t wait around for a bunch of return processes so I’m stuck with the randomly more expensive than usual parts. I’ll never be buying from them again, and now I know why the bank kept recognizing them as a sketchy purchase.

Wtf is wrong with your app?
You should be embarrassed running a store for tech minded folk and having an app that can’t search its own products. Fire the guy that’s supposed to maintain it.
I'll spend my money elsewhere
The latest update (as of June 2026) made the app horrendously slow and laggy.

Exceptional pc quality
Bought a pc from here and came in timely manner and really loved how everything was packaged highly recommended
App Sucks
Everything is slow, not like a couple seconds, I’m talking 30 seconds to a minute of me waiting on something I searched to finally pop up and half the time it just goes to a blank white screen that I can’t do anything on. If you’re wanting to get on Newegg hopefully you already have a pc, because it’s ******* impossible on the phone.

Now only works in portrait mode not landscape
I like to use this app previously to shop and research PC related items and other tech accessories from my iPad but recent updates have made this app only work in portrait mode which might be great for iPhones but prefer to use this on my iPad and since I have an iPad Pro 12 inch landscape is the best user experience so find myself shopping list from Newegg because the app is just not a good experience now. Also, when loading up the portrait, only version on iPad Pro screens come up blank total black screen the app doesn’t work. If you decide to start supporting iPads again, maybe we’ll start doing business again.

Great app not competitive
Compared to other large online retailers Newegg's prices are rather high.
Annoying Refresh
Whenever I have to switch to another app such as Safari to read more specs or reviews, this app will refresh and my search results (or the item I was looking at) are lost. I don’t understand why it does this. This app decides that what I’m searching for is not important. My business must not be important to them.

Frustrating Shipping Policies
The “free shipping” bait and switch once Hawaii and Alaska get involved is frustrating. Terrible shipping fees, make choosing Newegg over other retailers difficult.

It’s a great app I love it however recently I won’t load when I go into the app and I must switch to browser mode each time so if the devs could fix the issue that’d be nice!
Progress in reverse
Version 8.0 of this app is useless. How developers could come up with, and some business nerd (presumably) approve, this latest release is beyond me. This is no way to treat longtime customers.
Terrible performance
As of the last big update, the app is borderline unusable. It is *incredibly* slow, and I don’t know what changed. Previously, it was snappy and responsive, now it takes nearly ten seconds just to look at my cart.
The only desirable feature it has over the website is that the cart shows the total cost, including shipping and tax, before moving into the purchasing process.

No landscape!
No landscape sucks. It’s the only way I use my iPad. Ay have to delete the app soon if not fixed. Can’t use the web site with the app installed.
