Exceptional pc quality
Bought a pc from here and came in timely manner and really loved how everything was packaged highly recommended
App Sucks
Everything is slow, not like a couple seconds, I’m talking 30 seconds to a minute of me waiting on something I searched to finally pop up and half the time it just goes to a blank white screen that I can’t do anything on. If you’re wanting to get on Newegg hopefully you already have a pc, because it’s ******* impossible on the phone.

Now only works in portrait mode not landscape
I like to use this app previously to shop and research PC related items and other tech accessories from my iPad but recent updates have made this app only work in portrait mode which might be great for iPhones but prefer to use this on my iPad and since I have an iPad Pro 12 inch landscape is the best user experience so find myself shopping list from Newegg because the app is just not a good experience now. Also, when loading up the portrait, only version on iPad Pro screens come up blank total black screen the app doesn’t work. If you decide to start supporting iPads again, maybe we’ll start doing business again.

Great app not competitive
Compared to other large online retailers Newegg's prices are rather high.
Annoying Refresh
Whenever I have to switch to another app such as Safari to read more specs or reviews, this app will refresh and my search results (or the item I was looking at) are lost. I don’t understand why it does this. This app decides that what I’m searching for is not important. My business must not be important to them.

Frustrating Shipping Policies
The “free shipping” bait and switch once Hawaii and Alaska get involved is frustrating. Terrible shipping fees, make choosing Newegg over other retailers difficult.

It’s a great app I love it however recently I won’t load when I go into the app and I must switch to browser mode each time so if the devs could fix the issue that’d be nice!
Progress in reverse
Version 8.0 of this app is useless. How developers could come up with, and some business nerd (presumably) approve, this latest release is beyond me. This is no way to treat longtime customers.
Terrible performance
As of the last big update, the app is borderline unusable. It is *incredibly* slow, and I don’t know what changed. Previously, it was snappy and responsive, now it takes nearly ten seconds just to look at my cart.
The only desirable feature it has over the website is that the cart shows the total cost, including shipping and tax, before moving into the purchasing process.

No landscape!
No landscape sucks. It’s the only way I use my iPad. Ay have to delete the app soon if not fixed. Can’t use the web site with the app installed.
Love newegg, but this build…
Been a newegg customer for 20+ years. Good company. This app build is completely horrible. It stalls, freezes and takes four times as long to move between pages than the last build. FIX IT

Any time I navigate to Newegg in my browser it redirects to the app, and I can’t disable it.
I might have liked to use the app but force feeding it makes me loath and despise it.

Major issues on 8.0 on modern iPhones
Freezes and searches never load. Has made the app unusable.

The latest update has made it impossible to load on even the most powerful iphones (17 Pro). You have destroyed Newegg and joined Best Buy in terms of performance! Fix it or lose all of us business shoppers who spend (USED TO) thousands of dollars on your app. Till you do that, we will all have to switch to Amazon!

new app is garbage
the latest version 8.0 is terrible. it stops responding, so I am forced to use the web browser. good job on killing your own app. the previous version (6.xx) worked fine
They slowed the app down
The app used to let you go through menus and your orders very efficiently, now it’s far less responsive to taps and take way too long to load into order details and tracking information without getting stuck in a loop of the same portals
