Horrible
Awful bank, awful app, awful rules, this bank is just all around annoying as it is horrible. They limit the amount of withdrawals and debits on your account, everything requires you write them an essay, they only allow ONE external account and they don’t make it easy to add it. Save yourself time and a headache. This bank sucks.

Can’t wait to get out
This is the WORST bank I’ve ever dealt with. Transfers take a WEEK just to go between your own linked accounts, deposits are deemed “too large” and refused… on a business account!! And customer service sucks. I can’t imagine why Anderson recommends this bank. I can’t wait to get out of it.
1 week to deposit?
The deposit transfers take over a week which in this day and age seems kind of crazy. Bread savings offers slightly lower rates but quicker transferred times so I will be moving my funds there. Gave it a try but not for me. If you're somebody who wants to wait and doesn't mind the long transfer times then this might be for you

Sketchy Terms
In short: 1. They will not give you a copy of the dozens of pages of terms they want you to agree to. 2. They won’t let you simply link your outside transfer account with the number and routing - they make you sign into your bank account with your username and password and give them consent to ALL of your banking information. 3. They take way too too many days for your money to clear after transfer in which you have access to it AND it starts earning interest. 4. The transfer limit within five days is very small 5. You can’t transfer money the day you want to - you have to wait five days - but then they make you choose five days ahead on the calendar. If that’s their “rule” why wouldn’t the first allowed date of transfer just automatically start on that day? - it’s a trash interface that’s why. 6. Customer service cops an attitude - something unheard at legit financial institutions. 7. 1 Star instead of 0 because they have decent interest rates (as of Oct 2025, at least).

CANT SHUT DOWN ACCOUNT
They will not let me shut down my account. I’ve tried numerous times, been told it was disabled and going to be deleted, yet it is showing that it’s still active.
Guessing
You have to guess the date you want a transfer to happen on. It shows today’s date but it then will cause you to redo the request once it tells you what date it will happen. It should default to the next date
No option to save terms in order to use
When you download the app, you have to agree to a 30 page PDF, full of terms and agreements in order to use the app. There is no way to save or email yourself these terms. 30 full pages of terms and agreements just in order to open an app is insane to have to read initially and agree to with no option to save. For this reason this app gets a one star.

The transfers to/from account take 3 business days. Todays world, electronic transfers are instant. Speed it up and I might use this savings account
Ridiculous hold time for transfers
Five days to do an electronic transfer is borderline criminal. All institutions I currently work with provide instantaneous transfers from one account to another. Five days is ridiculous and uncalled for.

Nothing but issues with this bank. They’re happy to take your money, but good luck getting it back. I’ve been trying to transfer money out of my account for two weeks now and the bank will not let me. You may have to sue to get any money deposited out of your account. Beware!!

Banking should not be this difficult! Why not have a “Try Another Way” option???

I'm very unhappy that a transfer cannot be scheduled the same day. No other bank makes you wait 3 days to begin a transfer!

The bank quickly responds questions. The app and website are user friendly. I love it!

This app works pretty good! No complaints. And the Bank works pretty good too! Much better / faster than UFB Direct. 5 stars!
