Use to work great
A few years ago this app would work great and was very accurate. This app is never accurate anymore. It will say the next shuttle would be coming in 47 minutes when I am at the stop and 5 minutes later there is a shuttle. Definitely deleting this app and just going based off of the shuttle schedule
What happened
This app used to be great always accurate and never had any trouble until about 2 days ago it stopped working entirely
Dead
The app no longer works and support is AWOL. They’re apparently “… working hard to bring NextBus app functionality to the Umo app”, so I guess they’ve stopped working on NextBus altogether.
Bus location isn’t showing
I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it’s still not working

I cant track half of the busses I used to also the predictions are often vastly wrong
Doesn’t Work Often
It can be useful sometimes, but a lot of the time it won’t load the bus times in my favorites- which is super inconvenient since my bus only comes usually around once an hour. I try to unadd them to my favorites to see if they show up, but then they disappear completely from both tabs. The real time map doesn’t update half the time either or show more than one bus on the same route.

Working great in 2024
I see people complaining a few years ago, but the app seems to work flawlessly now it’s extremely simple, but it’s also extremely effective. It accurately shows me when nearby buses are coming, and I can see them real time on a map, and it updates as I walk. In my opinion, this is a very simple but very good app.

We miss you at UMD
It used to serve umd students so well until the university stopped collaboration and switched to the garbage Transit. We students miss you, NextBus. You had the accurate and free feature of live bus map. Thank you for the old times.
Worked fine once, but never again
I installed this and it worked great, one time. When I transferred to another line, it would no longer display maps, and would not update my location. Reinstalling the app from scratch didn’t fix the problem. Would be one star, but I’ll give it two since it did work as advertised one time.
Wrong location
Although I have location services on while using app, this app thinks I’m in Indianapolis when I’m in Little Rock. How’s that supposed to help me find the airport shuttle service to my parked car?
Fix this app.
The times appear about 3/5 of the time. I understand that individual drivers will affect how long it takes for them to stop, resulting in an inaccurate time. However, NO times or bus location show up almost HALF of the time. When you have places to be this is not ok. Fix it.

This app is showing me stops that are in Massachusetts when I put in that I live in New York. I tried refreshing the app but it did nothing.
What happened?
This used to be one of the most useful apps on my phone. Now it doesn't work. It's been stuck for months now.

Everything was great until they removed la metro without notice. Bring it back please
App no longer works
I’ve been using this app for years and now it no longer shows local transit arrival times. I can see transit routes in Arizona. This has been the case for the past two weeks.
Can't select LA Metro as an agency
This app used to be great. But now LA Metro isn't even an agency to select. A once great app rendered irrelevant and useless through developer oversight or inattention to detail. Shame.
LA Metro has been removed from app
So yeah, I noticed this app has just removed Los Angeles Metro bus line from its services, without any explanation. Que lastima. Not that it ever worked in the first place, but still, tsk tsk.
