Bad app
Such a bad app. The app can’t remember your account and password. Every you request to reset password. They can only send you account info. Terrible app and service. Why people consider to use Nipple insurance
Can’t login
My company recently switched to using Nippon and I’ve been unable to login to the app and support has been completely unhelpful. Very frustrating experience. I recommend using the website and avoid the app
Only use if you want to rage crash out
I’ve had nothing but problems, I’ve tried logging in so many GD times, I’ve tried changing my password, using the saved password that works for the site, and typing it manually. NOTHING WORKS I’ve never hated an app more than this one. Especially where I’m trying to access important information it should work. The site is outdated and you have to alter you popup settings for it to even work.

Useless
Could not even log in on the app. Was literally sitting at my computer where I could log in using the same credentials - but the app kept saying the user name and password were wrong. Auto-filled it — didn’t work. Typed it by hand - didn’t work.
Why is this even an app?
First off, you can never find a provider. I did a simple search, general doctor, 50 miles anywhere in my state. NO PROVIDERS FOUND. I need a neurosurgeon, no providers found! Honestly, what’s the point of this app when you have to call every time to get assistance?
