App needs a functional makeover
Many important functionalities are missing
Searching for appointments is not easy. Everytime you open a doctor’s profile and comeback the search filters are reset. You need to search and apply again. The page consistency does not remain. Feels like a website and not app. Objects in the page refreshes everytime you navigate from one page to another.
No option to mark the frequently visiting doctors in favorites or a separate list.
Profile management is not easy. Multiple duplicate profiles get created with same details
Should add hospital wifi management also from the same app, For non app users its ok to use QR.
Option to see medications/prescription should be added.
After appointment the visit details or summary should also be added.

You are asking for too much information during appointment booking. All the details are with you
Single Star for App
After viewing any Dr profile in filter mode, the page refreshes every time and brings you back to initial page which is pretty tiring and inconvenient.
Unable to book appointment
Unable to book appointment and bug is not resolved since long.

express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at NMC Hospital, Abu Dhabi. I scheduled appointments only to have them canceled at the last moment due to doctor unavailability.
While I initially chose NMC for its reputed doctors, I find the staff and administration's performance lacking. This experience has led me to decide against returning to the hospital in the future.
I hope you address these issues for the benefit of future patients.
