Great app but neglected
I genuinely love this app - despite my 3* review, if you are a beginner or trying to build confidence, this app is absolutely for you. It definitely feels like the apps been neglected more recently - the last update was a year ago, there are tweaks that would really bolster the overall experience, and the nutrition side of it feels almost pointless now. For example, on week 7 of the senior gym guide your reps suddenly jump from 6/8/10 to 20 with no explanation, you can’t switch easily between reps versus time, the timers are hit and miss, there’s no connection to apple health, no insights into progressive load etc. I have loved this app but I think it’s time to move on, but will keep an eye out to see if it gets some love soon.

This app makes me feel good and keeps me in shape. I love the variety and the progressive training program.
Underrated!
This is the app that finally got me into the gym/fitness and I always come back to it. I appreciate the structured workouts, clear instructions and videos showing how to do the exercise. I especially like being able to swap out an exercise and knowing which muscles I’m supposed to be feeling an exercise in!

Be careful
I wanted to do the free trial for 7 days before committing but they charged me after a day they have told me to go through apple and refuse to help themselves. Apple did refund.
Made me a gym girly
Been using nobs on/off for nearly three years, I always come back to it, I like the work out plans, the times and it just feels like I’ve got a mate as a personal trainer.
