THEY BROKE MY BAG
They broke my bag and apologized and wanted to give me $6.17 AS COMPENSATION!!! MY BAG IS 80 dollars!! When I said that was outrageous they denied me based on “not having insurance”! Are you kidding me? I NEED to have insurance and PAY more otherwise they don’t pay you if THEY break YOUR bag!!??? Horrible airline

Poor app
Credit card payment function doesn’t work, cutting out a lot of clients that will seek alternative airlines that work. Poor technology can’t survive in the digital era.

tried to book in, 2 people but only gave us 1 printing pass. So they wouldn’t let me in and queued up anyway.

Every time I book a flight it’s impossible to pay with a credit card.
Every credit card I use gets rejected and asked to pay at a provided link in a email.
Then you go to the link and it’s the same thing.
You will need to go buy a ticket at the airport.
A waste of time and money for a taxi.

Age error
Both the app and website kept saying I need to be two years old or above after I put in my date of birth several times. They need to fix this as soon as possible if they want to have people join their programs or… maybe they don’t, that’s why people can’t sign up.
