Broken app, badly implemented service
Tried to use for the actual purpose to open an electronic storage unit at PS. It didn’t work there despite efforts of the staff. An hour I will never get back.

Registered on the website...downloaded the app...tried to login...and it tells me I have the wrong email, phone number, or password. Ab support link is broken

This app don’t work it’s tries to get you to reset your password. And that’s something I want do unless I have to on the main webpage. I’m being forced to put a star so I’ll put 1 but it should get nothing

Can’t log in, so other features don’t really matter. I call and leave messages, send money orders via USPS, yet receive no return call or email to verify accounts.
This is by far the worst app I’ve ever encountered. If PS were paying attention they’d start over again with professionals.

Cannot Log In
The app is worthless as I cannot log in using the same information as I use to successfully log in to the web site.

The app is horrible the app doesn’t work.When you trying to sign in it will say you have the wrong combination or password and have you reset your password and it just goes in a cycle

To start there says there are 6 reviews which there are only 4 showing(all the 1 star rates) there must be 2 that gave the 5 star rating however they’re unable to be seen, most likely because whoever created the app wants more people to use it. Truth be told this app doesn’t work and thank the lord I read the reviews before I tried to change my password for my PS account. This app should truly be removed! It really stinks I’m not able to use it for what purposes it proposed it was to be used for!! Very very disappointing!!!! I would give it no stars or negative stars if the option was there
