The WORST
Nomad is genuinely the worst company. Wifi goes out every day. There’s been multiple times where it’s been out for a week+ with empty promises that it’ll be fixed but isn’t. They have no customer support number that actually works. The live chat is garbage. They’ll add charges to your account without notifying you of anything. I genuinely cannot believe how they’re not being sued through their ears.

Got a 6 month bundle and on the 12th got an email they were changing their billing system and to probably no surprise they tried to start billing me when I have 3 more months already paid in the bundle and every way I’ve tried to contact them hasn’t been replied to and conveniently their phones are down during working hours with no date on when it will be fixed tried to do live online chat but all it does is put in another ticket that doesn’t get an answer too

Most of these reviews must be fake or paid. Nomad internet has been terrible for me. Their customer service is almost non-existent, though they advertise 24/7 availability. They offer an “add on service” for an extra 20 a month that gives you access to their 24/7 support. Otherwise the phone almost always says “we are unavailable over the phone right now, please try our chat service online” but that’s always “unavailable” as well. My speeds get between 40Mbps and only 3Mbps even when my router is showing solid 5G connection. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.
