it wasn’t straight forward for me to get it going qr code isnt any more useful than instructions but once figured it out - no problems. other than 4-5g spotty service mostly (france) dropping to 3g or to no coverage ((( some places around Vannes.

Had an eSIM which failed 3gb before its limit, tried to get to their support page but it doesn’t load. Try another provider.

Terrible usage in Portugal

I had a relatively smooth experience with Nomad in Panama and Mexico, although it was always a bit slow. However, this time when I went to Portugal (in both Lisbon and Porto) it was basically unusable. The only way I was able to use it was by turning on and off airplane mode, which even then would only allow me a maximum of two minutes before it completely crashed. I was left stranded at some bus terminal because it completely stopped working in the middle of my trip. Definitely will not be using again!
