Issues with Funding Card
I have been trying to fund my credit card but I keep getting an error message

Funds held for over 2 weeks with no resolution
Nomba has been holding my incoming transfer of £20.00 for over 2 weeks now with no clear explanation or resolution. The transaction shows as “completed” but the funds are marked “On Hold” and “In Review” with an active issue already reported through the app.
Despite the issue being flagged, there has been no update, no communication, and no timeline given for when my money will be released. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to wait weeks to access their own funds with no explanation.
I am extremely disappointed with Nomba’s handling of this situation. If this is not resolved urgently, I will be escalating to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). I strongly advise anyone considering this app to be aware that your funds can be frozen indefinitely with little to no support.

Scammers and thieves
I received €1600 into my NOMBA Euro account since last year November 4th up till now NOMBA held on to my money that was sent by my aunt for living in UK for her children that lives with the family member upkeeps and school fees, I have provided every details NOMBA asked to the extent that I provided her contact details ask requested by NOMBA agent, up till now NOMBA refused to release the money to me, I told them to reverse the money they refused and told me that my aunt must contact her bank and ask them to write NOMBA banking partner for refund, she contacted her bank and she was told they can’t do nothing from their end as the transaction already completed from their end, up till this very minute and second NOMBA is holding the €1600 , they refused to refund and they didn’t process the payment into my account, I have contacted countless time they did nothing, they’re nothing but thieves
If payment can’t be processed by you at least it should be reversed but in NOMBA case they didn’t.

Doesn’t work
I created an account, verified it, requested a foreign account and got notification it was granted. I opened the app only for me not to be able to request. If I use the add money option below, I’m asked to put in bvn again. I do that, still nothing. I submitted a complaint to support, but they’re taking the entire time in the world to even check it 😡

Pounds acc restriction
So the naira account is very great but I can't say the same for the others. My inlaw sent 164GBP to my Nomba pounds account and the acc was restricted. I've submitted all Nomba asked me to for over a week and my acc is still restricted.
