Poor User Experience
Multiple charging stations were not working. After finally getting one to work, My session stopped after 4 minutes and the charger stopped giving power.
Not clearly evident
In the dark of night it is IMPOSSIBLE to see the charger number code

Good that there is an app where by third party providers can charge customers. For destination chargers. Easy to operate and charge amount was similar to a Tesla charger. Doesn't want to charge any more though.

Failed to register
The app is controlled by a third party registration system. Users cannot use the app / charge even after registration in the app.
The app owner request for a personal data such as Passport Number or ID numbers as well as car registration number and car photo.
Just an app for EV charging why request for so much personal information.
Be aware of scammers.

Horrible Experience
While the chargers are fast, they are incredibly expensive. 80 dollars for 30 minutes on the charge is absolutely ridiculous. Never going back again and I’m uninstalling the app.
Easy to use!
We are so happy to find a charging station that works for our 2019 Hyundai Ioniq.

Awful all around
Fails at everything. Says the charger is available when it is not, fails to connect on the app but charger is fine, customer service will not provide any help via phone, you have to send an email, spent days going back and forth with customer service via email to be told they don’t know why it is happening and it must be due to the charger being old (its not. Also charger is fine, it is the app that does not work)

This charger goes offline after 10 minutes every time I try to use it…..
Trouble
I have more trouble with charging than any other place. I tried five times on 8/8 with two separate stations and alway a connection error.
Can’t even start using this app
Downloaded the app. The first screen that pops up is to review the T&C and the privacy statements. Can’t even get past that screen. The checkbox to acknowledge these statements can’t be tapped. When opening the statements, the app gets stuck and none of the buttons work.

You need the app to charge
While the app works, any support you need to resolve an offline station will give you zero results.
Finally an easy to use charger at a reasonable rate
It was one I never heard of and dreaded figuring out. But it was straightforward and easy. Just never ever enough for all of us. More please. The big Tesla already was using the first one and then immediately another appeared the moment I was connected. Please put more of these everywhere and not only inside expensive garages and parking lots! The people will buy more EV’s if non wealthy people can find enough charging. Come on car dealerships. Figure this out snd put them in front of your showrooms!!!
