YES! FINALLYYY! Sheesh!!! It’s been YEARS now i’ve been searching for the perfect notes app. I use this all day long to capture anything I wanna remember. Makes organizing my random info/ideas super easy. It’s my new home base and life cheatsheet. Very excited I found this app.
Unable to cancel trial
The app looked like it would be useful for some people, but specifically markets itself towards people with ADHD. I can tell you right now to avoid, it is not good for supporting ADHD. It didn’t appear in the subscription settings until after the trial period was over and it wouldn’t let me cancel before then. They are taking advantage of a disability. Unacceptable.

Very difficult to learn don’t have the time to learn all of their coding
I really wish I had the time to learn this although I do not I needed something much more simple and every AI list told me this was the best of all of the functionalities I needed. Although it was not easy to use. I canceled my subscription, but I have yet to get my refund and I really would like a full refund so I’m working on that but it’s very hard to get someone to help you.

As an obsidian user, this was the exact app I was looking for my mobile device . If you’re like me who loves to take notes along with tasks, then this is the right app!!

Just Right
When I just want to wiki some things, it’s great. When I want to kanban a project it’s great. Feature-full and flexible with an active developer. Kinda everything that makes small house software wonderful.
Indispensable
I’ve been using NotePlan for a few years and I can’t imagine using anything else. I tried so many other planning, note taking, and/or organizational methods, but ultimately couldn’t keep up with any of those systems. NotePlan is flexible. You can set it up in any way that makes sense for you and your use case. And you don’t have to go all-in to start — use it for simple scheduling, up to organizing everything. Utilize or add features along the way. Join the Discord group for more. Eduard continues to add and improve features often. Highly recommend.

Love the app, just wish it was a bit more affordable really, made the annual subscription a difficult decision.
You need to rethink your approach to task management to really benefit from the app, but patience pays off.
The dashboard plugin is very useful and I wish it could also be set as the landing page when using the app, or be better integrated into the products dna.

My Most Frequently Used app.
NotePlan is my most heavily used app. I keep a lot of information in multiple folders. Accessing and working with the files is just wonderful. I use it in conjunction with Memo AI to record various meetings. This is absolutely a winning combination from Eduard. Very well done!
Cannot live without it!
I have been using NotePlan for a couple of years now (after trying just about everything else on the market) and it has become my one-stop-shop for keeping track of EVERYTHING in my life!!! I use it to manage ALL the client projects I am working on, but also everything in my personal life from lists & daily to-do’s, to goal setting & planning, ideas, dates, logs, recipes, gift ideas, trip plans, my mom’s medical needs, etc. It is completely customizable in so many ways, which is what allows me to quickly & easily adjust HOW I use it as OFTEN I need to, in order to stay on top of things, as they shift & change over the course of a year or even a day! It is literally what helps me stay in control of things day in and day out, so nothing falls through the cracks. Life changes constantly, and so do priorities, and NotePlan helps me manage ALL of it.

Noteplan for Projects Perspective
Projects collect task completion with notes to explain what is learned and achieved
First class & easy to use
Came to noteplan after some frustrating experiences with notion etc which I just found too complicated to get going with. Noteplan has all the functionality but is much easier to grow into and new features added all the time. Nice clean interface which you can pretty up if you want to. Very happy with it.

NotePlan ist ein mächtiges Werkzeug, hat eine aktive Community, gute Anleitungen - die braucht es aber auch: intuitiv ist es, zumindest bei meiner Intuition, nicht. Immerhin: was ich bei anderen Tools immer wieder aufgegeben habe, weil ich den Eindruck gewonnen haben: so richtig passt es doch nicht, ist hier bei Noteplan nicht eingetreten. Immer wenn ich mich notgedrungen vertieft mit einem Problem befasse, kommt ein gutes Ergebnis heraus…. Für mich ist das ein Grund, weiter damit zu arbeiten…. Ein ganz großes Plus ist die offene Struktur und der ausgezeichnete MCP, der ermöglicht, dass NotePlan das Zentrum meine Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Schichten von Claude ist!

I use NotePlan daily to organize my work life and, lately, increasingly my private affairs. For me, it strikes the right balance between simplicity and potential complexity while offering flexibility in how to handle and schedule tasks.
A Great App Just What I am Looking for
I have now been working in the NotePlan app for a week now, and just finished the trial version. I have now signed-up to the app and I am using it fully as part of my work life. It is perfect for organising and making daily notes of my busy day. I love the scheduling and the ease of moving a schedule over to another date without having to copy and paste. Obviously there are lots more great features, but that Is my favourite, If you are looking for a simple notes + Calendar all in one, then I suggest you try this out. So far it is working for me. Lets see what happens in a couple s months…but so far it’s good.

LOVE NotePlan
Never usually write reviews- I love Noteplan! I have adhd and dyslexia so being able to write everything out from a daily perspective is incredible. Then can organize thoughts after into official notes and save them on the left bar has been game changing. Great way to organize my days. In future for more features would love to be able to choose custom colors, when I cross things off my check list/to do list I don't want them to be crossed out and changed to a lighter color. I like looking at the lists and seeing what I accomplished. Then custom sort order for left side of notes...its by alphabetical/newest and I want to organize them in a custom way. Thank you!!
