I would be lost without Notion.
Seriously, this thing organizes my personal life, my work, my business, school, my childcare… I would genuinely be lost without it. It’s also very simple and nice looking, and intuitive to use. I love how easy it is to customize. I use this app for everything and I even have the free version still. It’s changed my life! From one ADHD girly to another, you need this in your life ✨

Still appalling on iOS - any plans for change??
I tried this app a couple of years ago as I loved it on my laptop, and I decided to try it again because I assumed that by now they should have fixed the iPad/iPhone functionality up a bit. I was wrong. I actually don't understand how you can have such an appalling usability as an app but be so good on the web, and continue to stay unusable as an app for years at a time despite all the reviews telling you how bad your app is. I can't access templates (FREE templates) on my iPad, it takes me 30 seconds to open old notes, the dashboard and sidebar glitch around once a minute, I struggle to load things up, it drains my battery stupidly quickly and don't even get me STARTED on trying to type things/use the keyboard. Seriously, why is it so hard to do literally anything on the app? The degree to which things STILL don't work after 2 years is surreal to me.

Please fix the iPad app
I really love Notion and I use it frequently, but trying to use it on my iPad is a nightmare. No matter where I click, the screen jumps somewhere random and I can’t see my cursor. If I click option buttons (e.g. to change a page icon), it seems like the window pops up somewhere off-screen and I just can’t see it. It’s been like this for MONTHS.

Love this app for someone that needs organization. This is a great pre-tool. Better than paid ones
I can’t say it enough it’s a grape free tool that you can use to speed the process of organizing your contacts for life everything and it has an AI that can do it for you so the question is should you buy it? Should you get this app yes.

Not good, not worth it
I have paid for the Notion Plus subscription for some time. I was worried when they introduced AI features but I stuck with it because I liked the product and they had been good so far.
I regret that now. The app is still horrible and slow on mobile, nearly as bad on desktop, buggy, doesn’t give power users the features they need.
STILL I paid for my subscription even though the app never improved. But today is the straw that broke the camel’s back: I pay for Plus but I can’t retrieve document versions older than 90 days without paying even MORE for an Enterprise plan?
I’m going to be getting my things off this platform as soon as possible. I can’t support this anymore. If the app gets overhauled, I’ll check in again. But I can’t put up with no improvements AND being nickel-and-dimed for basic features that should be included in my subscription. You had a great idea and you’ve run it into the ground.

really cool app
i love this app so much! it’s so good for school, comic planning, and for writing. so much features it’s honestly in top 5 of writing and schoolwork.
Used to Love this App/Program
I first discovered notion through work and really loved it. So, I began using it for personal items I wanted to document. Ever since the whole platform started pushing AI and became an AI workspace it has done nothing but go downhill. Functions within the app and on desktop used to work flawlessly. Now I can’t even do simple tasks without it acting buggy. I try to type in a table and it doesn’t work. Today it won’t even refresh at all. The only difference I’ve noticed since the quality began going down hill is their push with AI. Notion wasn’t all about AI previously and now that it is, it does not work as intended. I wish I didn’t have to find a new platform but I might because this isn’t working for me. At this point I’ll just go back to using Google Docs. I don’t want to support them and Gemini either but at least their products work as intended even with the integration of AI.

Bad software
The program is not letting me add member. Even when I delete old member then it limits me to even less members. I also tried going with a higher paid version and it is not helping.
Good, but it’s locking my out of my own account
I like it when it works, but it’s locking me out of my things. It’s saying I don’t have access to my notion even though I’m logged in. Like I logged in (I think??), and it doesn’t have any of my stuff, so I tried to send myself the link to my stuff from the app, and it said I didn’t have access. I managed to open the pages I sent to myself, but I can’t edit them, and I don’t know how to go to the account home page that has my stuff on it. The settings are really unclear, and there’s no actual help center contact information. It just has an AI chat box, and I hate talking to robots.

Is good but COULD be better
I have had this app for ages and I say it’s better than apple notes. And I hate how when you’re typing on something and it drags you down to the bottom of the page.

What is wrong with my notion
OK, so let’s start when I first got notion. I didn’t know how to use it. I didn’t know how to add anything and the little first page that appears doesn’t tell me how to do. It just tells you do this do that. And that doesn’t help so then I search in YouTube videos I could help and I have a completely different notion that they’re showing than mine like, why the heck is it different? Why is it the same? And that’s why I didn’t put a good review. It’s nice in some ways. It’s so hard to use if you don’t know how to use it and that’s why I’m giving it such a bad review bye.

It extends the memory of what you work on in your primary platform. It also acts as a wrapper for all the major platforms. This has quickly become my most important tool
Used to be great
Was a user for 2 years. It used to be really good for personal management but I’m moving out of it from how buggy it’s gotten on mobile nowadays.
I also don’t like how there’s a big fat AI button that takes much of space at the bottom, when that could have been dedicated for basic functionality like search or creating notes
