Loved the app but now I can’t even sign in, or sign up
Not sure what’s wrong but I can’t sign into the app or create a new account. It’s just frozen. Really sad about losing this app.

This is compatible for visually impaired users and i am so thankful. I used it when i was suicidal and the people i had on my contact list came right over. Thank you so much. You saved my life.

I cannot create an account with my iPhone, and an email to the support address bounced back undeliverable. I’m hoping this didn’t go away— great tool!
It wont let me pass the sign in
I’m a new user, I tried to make an account, I filed out all the boxes but it won’t let me sign up. So I’m sure this is a great app, if only it would work for me
Can’t get it to work
I have heard wonderful reviews about this app but I can’t get past the first sign up page. When I press continue nothing happens.
Won’t let me sign up
Tried multiple times to sign up. Entered all my info, click sign up and nothing happens. Tried deleting and redownloading the app. Still doesn’t work.

I'm not okay. And the app won't let me create a new account. So I can't comment on anything besides the sign up page. Which is, obviously, broken. Don't know what to do.

What a great idea! Other suicide prevention apps offer techniques and suggestions—those are valuable but in the moment sometimes all you need is to know is that someone cares. Then later, when you’re feeling stronger, you can explore further. One star off for the forced sign up—people should be able to explore without making a commitment.

App is not sending out messages. Not very useful in a crisis if it’s not working.

I love this app. It has helped me through some tough times in my life. Where has this app been all my life? I wish it was here when I was in high school. I could of used it then. But, I am glad it’s here now. It has been a huge help. I highly recommend this app. I would seriously disregard all the negative reviews. The app is free and a great idea. I absolutely love it.

Not yet compatible with Apple Watch
This seems like a great app but could really benefit from Apple Watch compatibility. Since Apple Watch has both GPS and Cellular compatibility it would be a great additional benefit.

This app is stupid I will not be nice I have anxiety and that’s not good when the NOT Ok app won’t even let me get into the app which is making me not ok. Do not get this app! It will not work and will end up getting your frustrated and angrier than you were before you got the app.

This app is a waste of space on the phone, I mean seriously it’s an intervention app for gods sake. If this app gave exact location then MAYBE it actually might be useful to people with illnesses. But this is literally a app just creates a group chat
Confused. Monthly subscription?
The App Store says it’s free but the faq on the website says there is a monthly charge. The terms and conditions still list a monthly charge. Looks like some cleanup and clarification is needed before I’m comfortable using or sharing this app.
