Unable to log back in
I really wanted to like the app but unfortunately have not been able to use it since my subscription went into effect. I was randomly logged out and am unable to reset my password because I am not receiving the email to do so. The app itself was a bit finicky during the trial period but I wanted to give it a chance.
UPDATE: Customer service was excellent and was able to assist with account management. Definitely reach out if you have any technical issues
