Ive tried self-help books and other reflection apps. nove really feels personal in ways speakers and other apps cant. I sincerely appreciate the effort put in by the developers to offer an experience thats thoughtful and introspective. I would highly recommend this app; certainly worth trying.

As someone who has dealt with a lot of anxiety I have searched for an app that would help regulated my nervous system so I can sleep better at night but to find a app that I can use as a tool to get into a deep meditation so I can unlock the subconscious mind is so relieving.
