Money taken and no order received

The delivery driver obviously delivered at the wrong house and from that point no one at NOWNow knew what to do. But you can be sure they took my money without hesitation. 5 customer service agents later and none could help. Typical service standard. The one agent who called accused me of not knowing where I live and that my order is at my door. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Please pay cash only and don’t let the driver just leave your item at the door because you will never see it.

Unable to add my address

I used this app in the past with no issues. I moved house and now unable to add a new address. I deleted the app multiple times to start fresh, but no luck. The app is unable to pick my location. I checked my settings and everything is allowed. What a shame

Can be much better

Just don’t depend on the time given, if it says 60 minutes expect the delivery at 120 minutes.
Also don’t depend on the chat support, he will only repeat what is already written in the app.

Completely inaccurate

Stock on the app is completely inaccurate. Cancelling my subscription for sure. Pointless using it, if only have the items get delivered and they offer you no replacements.
And some replacements are just a money earner for them. No whole cooked chicken available, but 2 half cooked chickens (same flavour) you can have as a replacement.

Useless

I’ve lived in dubai for 8 years. NowNow was good initially, but the app is seriously flawed and I will never use it again. AI bots providing zero customer service, very slow deliveries, no notification when something ordered is out of stock, high delivery charges, the list goes on. Do yourself a favour and use a different app.

Inconsistent

Nice variety of grocery options. That being said, it frequently shows items that are unavailable. Recent orders have been taking almost two hours or more with no contact from the business informing of the delay. When reaching out to support, they provide canned responses that are often not very helpful.

They will charge but not deliver all especially less charges such as 6aed and will tell you they will refund it but you will never know as no one tracks a 6aed refund.

Worst delivery app in the uae

Really the worst delivery app in the uae. It’s a shame because some places only deliver on nownow but the customer service is dire, the orders late, they deliver the wrong thing and and don’t care… would recommend careem and talabat

No star if there is an option

Disaster app to use for order. They always make excuses saying too much traffic. I have waiter 2.5 hours multiple times and I have paid for subscription. Now no more paying you-

Slow delivery and over priced fees

65mins for a grocery delivery from a supermarlet less than 4km away. With Aed 6 delivery free and 1.98 service free. How is this nownow? Other grocery and delivery services are faster 20 to 30mins with half the fee

Good app but often issues with replacement items

Quick and easy to use app but the items shown are often not available. Replacement options are sent but issues with the selection of this. It is on a time limit and if you don’t action in time they just deliver the other items. Customer service also doesn’t action in time if you request help with the replacement because the app isn’t working. Would recommend only using the app if cannot get elsewhere.

What a waste of time waiting

I usually placed an order and it takes 30 mins to prep and they will let you know that the item was not available. I experienced this very often. 30 mins is way too long and you’ll end up knowing the items you want wasn’t available such a waste of time. If the item was not available they should update the list just like other online platform does.
