Not worth it
I’ve had it for a few months. The app on phone doesn’t work well. Zero customer support. Haven’t noticed a positive or negative effect from using the programs.
Frustration
It is so god damn buggy, I just get tired of trying to use it
Really helped me during the hardest time of my life
My dad was just diagnosed with cancer, my mom just had 2 heart attacks. And I had basically just been ghosted by someone I loved more than I could ever explain. We were together for a long time and it literally rocked my whole world and everything was falling apart. I needed every bit of help I could get. This system was really good for getting me up and out of the house and even exercising, which really helped my mental health. I’m grateful for their participation with Tony Robbins, as well, and deeply grateful to him, more than I could ever explain. When you lose someone so suddenly that you think you’re going to spend the rest of life with, for reasons they never even explained, that leaves a wound deeper than some of the worst trauma that I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve experienced a lot, growing up as an “at risk” youth. I’m grateful I “made it out” and part of that was never turning down any tool that could help. This is a tool that helped.

Program good. App…Meh
I like the content. Good program. The app is behind. Lots of connection issues and doesn’t work with earbud commands. IE start, stop by pressing ear bud.
Best App for Sleep
We have used NuCalm for years. Nothing helps me get into a deeper sleep fast. Oura ring can confirm the sleep data. 10/10 recommend. The customer service is also excellent if you have any login issues.
this version has issues
I am unable to stop the sleep module once started. Even turning my ipad on and off will not get me out of the sleep mode.
Wow ! This is the best sleep I have had
Great app ! I have not slept this well or deep in 9 years ! It’s worth every cent ! No pills , no ordering anything else unless you want to order a mask and head phones .
Content is Good, App is Not
I love the content of the app when it operates well, but I am struggling to say I like it. So far, the two nights I’ve tried it, the Deepest Sleep+ has been revolutionary. Also, the two nights I’ve used it I hit the wrong sound/time frame and had to delete the app and reinstall it for me to be able to exit out of the wrong choice. BRUTAL. If the product itself weren’t so helpful I would have already canceled and never looked back.

A fellow veteran encouraged me to use NuCalm for several combat related and personal injuries. Prior to use, I was primarily struggling to keep my cortisol levels and spikes under control. I tried all kinds of methods, diets, nutrition/ supplements, and medical interventions that help but not actually keep it consistent and manageable. I quantitatively noticed through bloodwork and overall have a better wellbeing and mental clarity with consistent daily use; that this system works. Not related but I have been recently incorporating IR light and frequency/ harmonics to stimulate and heal damaged nerves and tissues. I will live with pain for the remainder of my life but have eliminated any need of pain medication recently.

Tried to cancel and there was a convenient glitch in the software.
Music can be activating
Though I am enjoying many of the products from new call some the music is too loud - even at lowest level.
The new Rescue VT 40 music is also activating for someone with PTSD.
Disappointing it is told to us that much research has been done. Attention to more detail would be appreciated including the app which hasn’t changed that much and doesn’t allow

Not worth it
It works okay. Overrated and not worth the cost. If it were less of an investment I would have kept it.
Overpriced
I’m updating my review. The developer reached out to me with the concerns I had in my 1 star review. The tracks actually do work very well. They are just so strong I had a very unsettling experience the 2nd night I tried it. I still think it’s overpriced. I get similar results from brainwave products you can pay for once and own for life.

Be aware
Very bad customer service; never received verification email despite numerous attempts over a weeks time to reach out to someone. They charged my credit card immediately but I was never able to login. Still to this day, no one has reached out to me.

In only one month this app had has a profound impact on my daily life.
Sleep
I read through all the literature and then chose what they recommended … a seaside and possibly crickets…? An hour later, I thought I’d better turn it off because it was early morning and I needed to sleep. But unfortunately I couldn’t sleep until about 0500 so it did the reverse of what it promised… I’m not impressed because I had planned to get up earlyish but had to turn off the alarm and ask my husband to let me sleep in! So I’ve wasted some time already - AGAIN
